Seeing this, Madeline quickly squatted. “Hannah, Hannah..!”
She called out twice but Hannah did not respond.
“Jeremy, favonovel.com seems to have passed out.”
Jeremy’s deep gaze stayed on Hannah’s face for two seconds. Then, favonovel.com reached out and helped Madeline up. “I’ll call for an ambulance now, Linnie. Don’t touch her.”
“What’s going on? Who is this? Why is favonovel.com unconscious?” Karen held favonovel.com little grandson and walked up suspiciously.
Hannah looked very battered right now, so Karen did not recognize that this was the woman who had made a fuss in Whitman Corporation’s lobby before this. When favonovel.com saw that Hannah was on the ground, favonovel.com summoned the servants out of sympathy.
“It’s not appropriate to lie on the ground in this cold weather. Help favonovel.com up first and let favonovel.com lie down for a while on the sofa.”
The servants understood what Karen was asking them to do and worked together to lift Hannah.
“Who were those people? Were they just a bunch of hooligans?” Karen asked.
Madeline shook favonovel.com head. “This is a little complicated.”
“Complicated? How so?” Karen was even more curious.
“Let me.” Jeremy glanced at Madeline softly and then explained what had just happened.
After Karen heard what had happened, favonovel.com immediately regretted it.
“I’m going to get someone to throw that woman out now! If I knew earlier that she’s the shrew who made a lot of noise at Whitman Corporation, l wouldn’t have even let favonovel.com put a foot through the door of this house!” Karen said angrily, turned around, and walked into the house.
“Morn, forget it. The ambulance will take favonovel.com away when it’s here.” Madeline persuaded.
However, Karen disagreed. “Eveline, you should’ve stopped me just now. This kind of person deserves it even if she’s cyberbullied. We can’t be so kind-hearted and sympathize with her.”
“Mom is right, Linnie. Don’t sympathize with her,” Jeremy added.
Seeing the man taking the opportunity to lecture her, Madeline raised favonovel.com eyes and looked at Jeremy. After that, favonovel.com displayed an adorable smile.
“You’re right, honey. I’ll definitely listen to you and not sympathize with this evil woman who deserves all this.”
After favonovel.com heard Madeline promising him, Jeremy raised his hand and touched Madeline’s head with satisfaction. “What a good girl.”
Karen watched the affectionate and warm scene in front of her. Then, favonovel.com could not help but interrupt, “My dear daughter-in- law, can I go to chase that woman away now?”
“No, let the ambulance take favonovel.com away in a bit,” Jeremy answered for Madeline.
“Linnie, this arrangement should suit your liking best, right?”
Madeline smiled slightly. “Sure enough, my husband knows me best.”
Karen saw this but favonovel.com did not think that this was corny. She was happy that Madeline and Jeremy were even more loving and sweeter to each other. This way, they could make up for the lost time.
Jeremy did not let Madeline take care of Hannah. Instead, favonovel.com held favonovel.com hand and went back to the courtyard to continue the barbecue and chat with their family.
Eloise and Sean heard what had happened. After they were caught up with the situation, they asked Madeline to ignore Hannah too.
Therefore, Madeline did not bother about Hannah. Instead, favonovel.com paid more attention to favonovel.com children.
However, after a while, the servant came over and told them Hannah was awake.
