Skyler, Lucifer, and three attendants also walked into the mansion.
The past few days had been free of snow, and the sun had been shining warmly. In the backyard’s small pavilion, Evie was wearing a cinched floral dress and holding embroidery work as favonovel.com sat on a stone bench and carefully stitching by hand.

Evie gently pushed Isaac aside and walked to the stone table in the pavilion. She picked up a small bamboo basket that contained some sewing supplies, and then took out a pair of small black cotton shoes, embroidered with two little tiger heads.
“Look, I made this embroidery for our son. Do you think it looks nice?” Evie asked with a hint of pride as favonovel.com looked up at Isaac.
Isaac understood that favonovel.com missed favonovel.com child deeply. He nodded and gently supported favonovel.com by the shoulder as they walked inside.
“Boss, I missed you so much!” A voice called out from inside, and Hallie darted out, hugging Isaac tightly.

Hallie really did not care about the situation at all.
In the afternoon, after chatting with Evie in the room for a while, Isaac came out. The three attendants were still standing in the yard.
Isaac then quietly said, “You three, please go to the front yard to rest. I’ll have someone bring dinner to you there.”
“When do you plan to go to the palace?” The tall, square-faced “attendant” looked over at Isaac.
“Let’s wait a couple of days before leaving…”
The person nodded and turned to walk out.
At this moment, Lucifer walked out from another room and quickly went to Isaac’s side.

“Sir, there are two guys dressed in black outside who want to see you…”
Isaac furrowed his brow as favonovel.com sat up, and asked, “Who is it?”
“There is someone who seems to be the city lord of Heavenly Eagle City, Mackie. And another person I haven’t seen before.”
Upon hearing Mackie, Isaac immediately got out of bed.
He threw on his coat, and rushed out the door, treading outside at full speed.
Outside the main gate stood two men, both wrapped in black robes, with a huge white eagle standing next to them.
The man in the black cloak on the left removed his hood, revealing his face. He smiled at Isaac and said, “Lord Garten, it’s been a while! I hope you’ve been well!”
“Lord Yandell, what brings you here?” Isaac said as favonovel.com glanced at the man in the black cloak standing beside him.
“Our Bishop wants to have a word with you.” Mackie said, bowing slightly and stepping back behind the man in the black cloak standing next to him.
