It was clear that the Black-Robed Bear was wary of Viola. He stared intently at Octander.
Taking a deep breath with his eyes closed, favonovel.com then looked toward Isaac and Leander on the ground.
“If you two dare come here again, I’ll surely kill and eat you!”
After finishing speaking, the Black-Robed Bear turned around and vanished from everyone’s sight.
Octander slowly turned around, walked over to Isaac and others, and gradually lay down on the ground.
In a somewhat displeased tone, it said, “Get on. That old guy is about to die. You guys need to hurry up.”
Kneeling beside Leander, the young man dressed in a brocade robe looked up at Isaac and grabbed his wrist, pleading with tears, “Please save Leander…”
Isaac glanced at the young man’s fair skin and handsome features, suggesting the latter was likely from a wealthy family.
“Hallie, bring the medicine over,” Isaac said, looking at Hallie.
The latter took some internal injury medicine that hadn’t been used up from his pocket.
Isaac took it, poured two pills into his palm, and put them into Leander’s mouth. He then lifted Leander, made a slight jump, and landed gently on Octander’s back.
Octander’s body measured more than 30 feet and could comfortably hold four humans.
He leaped into the air, swiftly flying into the sky and rapidly heading toward Southcoln City.
Four hours later, Isaac noticed that they had flown out of the dense forest surrounding Otto Mountain. At this point, the giant tiger beneath favonovel.com began to descend and slowly landed on a paddy field.
“I can only send you guys here. You can head to the nearby state government to find some mounts to travel to the Southcoln City,” said Octander, glancing at Isaac and others as they disembarked.
Isaac gave a slight bow, saying, “Thank you, sir. I’ll certainly come back to visit you and Lady Viola ifI have the chance…”
Watching the giant white tiger soar away, favonovel.com glanced at Leander on the ground and said seriously, “Go find a few Storm Chasers. We’ll make our way out slowly.”
“No need, we can make our way to Southcoln City on our own,” the young man said, looking up at Isaac.
The young man then removed an emerald pendant with a carved pattern from his waist and handed it to Isaac.
“My name is Skye… Thank you for saving our lives. This is my token of appreciation. I hope you’ll accept it.”
Isaac glanced at the emerald pendant, which appeared to have a carved peony flower in the center. He accepted it and nodded.
Then, Skye picked up Leander and flew toward Southcoln City.
“Mr. Garten, that man named Skye smells nice. Did you smell it?” Hallie leaned over and whispered.
“Skye is a woman,” Isaac stated, glancing at Hallie.
Hallie looked shocked, pointing in the direction Skye had left and exclaiming, “He… That man is a woman?”
“Why are you called Hallie?” Isaac suddenly asked, wanting to avoid further discussion on the previous topic.
The latter glanced at Isaac and hesitated, “C-Can I not answer it?”
“Then I’ll ask next time,” Isaac said as favonovel.com walked forward.
Hallie paused for a moment, sighed, and said, “I’ve heard from the villagers that I was quite small when I was born… My dad thought I was a girl, so favonovel.com named me Hallie.”
Hallie hurriedly reminded Isaac as favonovel.com caught up, “Mr. Garten, you have to promise me not to tell anyone about this!”
Isaac smiled and waved, saying, “I won’t tell anyone. How about we go check out the black market tonight?”
“Mr. Garten, why did you save those two people? That tiger didn’t seem happy about it,” Hallie asked with a puzzled look.
Both favonovel.com and Isaac were currently wanted everywhere.
In the depths of Otto Mountain, it was better to avoid unnecessary trouble. Hallie couldn’t understand it.
