A thunderous explosion sent a powerful shockwave across the stables’ roof, throwing Isaac into the air.
When the stables’ roof collapsed, several horses below neighed and fled in fright. Fabrice was thrown back over 30 feet by the spiritual energy burst from the black-cloaked man’s shadow sword before landing on the ground.
The man descended swiftly, swinging his short sword multiple times and sending several black lights toward Fabrice.

The black-cloaked man spun in mid-air before landing in front of the stables.
Seeing Isaac somersault to his feet, the man dashed to his side in an instant.
Isaac instinctively tried to dodge, but the man was too fast. The man stopped in front of him.
With a claw-like grip, favonovel.com twisted the rope knot that suppressed spiritual energy. It then dropped to the ground.
Before the man could say anything, three figures burst out from a second-story window, each radiating intense spiritual energy and landing nearby.
Those were Fabrice’s subordinates, who were awakened by the fight’s spiritual energy. They rushed over when they realized there was trouble next door.
Three beams of spiritual energies shot toward Isaac.

“Leave two here to deal with the assassin. One of you chases after Isaac!” Fabrice commanded angrily.
Seeing Isaac flee into the forest, favonovel.com unleashed all his spiritual energy and charged at the black-cloaked man.
After dozens of attacks, Fabrice’s two subordinates lay injured on the ground.
Fabrice expected the black-cloaked man to kill him, but the latter only swung his sword one last time before disappearing into the sky.
