Suddenly, a dark shadow loomed outside the wooden window where Isaac stood and came to a halt.

The deep growling from the beast’s throat sounded like a hammer pounding, relentlessly banging on the nerves of the old woman and the little girl.
The beast seemed to catch a scent, letting out a low growl before turning abruptly and smashing its front paw through the wall.
