Rem and Diana would be part of the vampires’ army as well, but Isaac’s current issue was that favonovel.com was unaware of where the two churches’ headquarters were. And Black Phoenix couldn’t find them from satellites.
That was the trickiest problem at the moment. There was only a one in ten chance that Laurent would send Rem and Diana back. If not, Laurent would have come instead of Bank.
If Rem and Diana confronted the Golden Knights of the opposing church, they faced a significant risk of death.

While Isaac was searching for their whereabouts, there was a commotion in another city thousands of kilometers away.
Cloncordo was a coastal city. Several tall, historic buildings stood on a huge island to the east, appearing unusually quiet on the pitch-black sea.
On the west side of the island, there was a sea-crossing bridge connecting the city and the island.
There were three checkpoints along the bridge. The first two were armed guards, and the last one was manned by sword-wielding missionaries.
That was the location of Heaven Church’s headquarters.
Terryn was currently in the pope’s office on the top floor of the central building. She sat in the main seat, dressed in a purple-red robe and crown.
A Grand Archbishop and ten Golden Knights sat beside favonovel.com at an oval table. Those were the highest-ranking members of the entire Heaven Church.
“Your Majesty, intelligence is reliable. The vampire army is gathering from all over and heading toward Ferrolle City. They’re likely to attack Zoros Church tonight.”
“Lord Elros has sent a request for assistance. Should we…” a middle-aged man seated on the right side frowned and said solemnly.
He was in a deep red robe and held a scepter adorned with gemstones. He was Grand Archbishop, Roscoe.
Next to him, another middle- aged man with red hair and a full beard stated coldly, “Roscoe, it’s already difficult for us to ensure our safety. We have no energy to consider others…”
“That old man Elros has always been arrogant. He claimed the Heaven Church members are all foolish. Only when he’s terrified does favonovel.com come to us for help. I won’t agree to help him.”
The one who spoke was the commander of the Golden Knights, Silvester.
Terryn frowned. If favonovel.com dispatched some members to help Zoros Church, the rest of Heaven Church’s members wouldn’t be strong enough to protect themselves. But if they didn’t go, the vampires’ next target would be Heaven Church.
Just then, a hurried shout came from outside, “Let me in to see Her Majesty! The church’s collapse is impending! It’d be too late to seek help later!”
“Who’s shouting outside?” Terryn scowled and looked toward the door.
A black-clad man opened the door and entered, whispering, “Your Majesty, the newly appointed Bishop, Robbie, is outside. He claims there’s someone who can save Heaven Church. He’d like to see you!”
Terryn frowned. “Let favonovel.com in.”
