Through the video, one of the guardians followed Harry’s instructions and went to two towns in succession to collect the ingredients Harry had mentioned for the prescription.
Isaac looked at Daliana, who was unconscious on the couch, and then turned to Rem, asking, “Who is the vampire patriarch?”
“He is the father of the first-generation vampires, the biological father of Bank and Calix, the progenitor of all vampires,” favonovel.com replied.
Observing Rem’s expression, Isaac squinted sharply and asked, “Do you mean the first-generation vampire from the Song of Valheist? The woodsman from the Legend of the Blood Moon?”
Rem nodded eagerly and explained urgently, “He’s the first-generation vampire patriarch. If favonovel.com appears, all the vampires in the entire Western Land will submit to his dominion as long as favonovel.com is willing…”
“He can control both me and Diana too. That’s why I said Daliana lied.” She pointed at Daliana.
Isaac looked at Daliana with a frown. He then dialed Robbie’s number.
The call went through, but nobody answered for a long time.
After the guardian fed Daliana the medicine, Isaac gazed up at the dawn sky and beckoned to another guardian.
“Come with me, Maccon. Jericho, you stay here to watch over Daliana!”
The guardian, Maccon, promptly followed Isaac out of the villa.
Isaac drove swiftly toward the Lumen Church’s headquarters.
It was nice weather. The sea breeze blew into the car from the right and brushed over their faces. But Isaac’s expression remained gloomy.
Driving into the canyon, they saw Lumen Church’s three huge buildings. However, when they drove through the gate, Maccon exclaimed, “Mr. Garten, there are many corpses!”
Isaac looked over and noticed at least 200 corpses scattered over the vast front yard.
The scene was quite gruesome, with limbs scattered everywhere.
The car came to a halt. After Isaac and Maccon got out, they walked toward the front.
Without stopping to check the corpses, Isaac could tell some were missionaries among them, while others were vampires.
Almost all of the missionaries who died had lost their blood. Most of the vampire corpses had turned black, with crosses, silver daggers, and sabers embedded in their chests.
“The battle here last night was fierce.” The air was filled with the odor of blood. Isaac lit a cigarette and walked inside.
“You go check over there.”
They quickly walked through the three buildings, but they didn’t spot a single living person. The entire Lumen Church’s headquarters was lifeless, filled with the stench of blood.
Soon, Isaac discovered on the middle floor of the western building that a floor had been nearly completely charred by fire.
Maccon followed behind, stating anxiously, “Mr. Garten, I’ll go check it out.”
He quickly walked to the front. The boards beneath his feet creaked as if they could collapse at any moment.
Soon, Maccon turned around and whispered, “Mr. Garten, it seems that the burned area over there was a library. There are still some books that haven’t been burned.”
Isaac was about to speak when a man’s angry shout came from outside, “Hurry up and see if there are any survivors!”
The internal design was a hollow circular design, with Isaac and Maccon standing in the corridor.
When they lowered their heads, they could see a large group of missionaries in blue robes rushing in from outside the hall.
There were probably more than 20 people.
After rushing in, they spread out and appeared to be searching for survivors.
Isaac squinted and whispered, “They are missionaries from the Heaven Church.”
When the two popes appeared yesterday, missionaries in blue robes stood behind Terryn.
Soon, a missionary spotted Isaac and Maccon standing in the corridor and shouted vigilantly, “Who are you guys?”
