Isaac called the Supreme Commander Baylor. Although it was late at night, Jonas still answered the call.
“Isaac, what happened…”
“Jonas, I need your help. There’s a chartered plane flying over the Central Region. It’ll arrive in Cloud City in two hours. Please help me bring down this plane!” As Isaac spoke quickly, it took Jonas at least a minute to react.
Jonas quickly inquired, “Whose chartered plane is it? How many crew members are there?”
“Two captains, four flight attendants, and three dangerous men. They’re Morgan, his subordinate, and a man from the Upper Martial Realm!”
“From the Upper Martial Realm?” Jonas asked in confusion, “Isaac, this is not a joke. What do you…”
Isaac interrupted angrily, “I’m not joking with you! I’ll call Mr. Grannel right now. Do as I say! Shoot it down before it lands in Cloud City!”
He then hung it up.
On the other end, Jonas was in the east bedroom of a courtyard in Pecling. He left the room and entered the study. Then, favonovel.com promptly contacted those in the command room of the Layton Military Headquarters.
After connecting the call, favonovel.com stated firmly, “A private chartered plane with the code CH223 is flying toward Cloud City. It’ll land in two hours. Shoot it down before it lands!”
After hanging up, Jonas frowned and sighed before picking up his phone and dialing Connor’s private number.
Since they were going to shoot, there must be casualties. They had to make arrangements for the aftermath.

Meanwhile, the plane was flying rapidly toward Cloud City in the darkness of night. Morgan was shivering with terror even while sitting in his seat.
Gerard boarded the plane without surprise as if favonovel.com was familiar with everything.
When the plane was less than ten minutes away from Cloud City, a rapid beeping alarm sounded in the cabin as it approached landing.
The captain’s anxious voice immediately came over the intercom. “We‘ve been locked by radar! They’re about to attack us! Please prepare for the impact!”
Morgan abruptly stood up and turned to look out the window.
In the night sky, two dots unexpectedly appeared. It was two missiles that were rapidly approaching the plane.
“Be careful, Lord Hunt!” The missiles moved too quickly.
Morgan widened his eyes and let out a yell, pumping his spiritual energy frantically.
Gerard widened his eyes. He roared as favonovel.com stood up. Then, a burst of blue light emitted from his body. He reached out to bring Morgan to his side.
A huge impact and a loud noise occurred shortly thereafter. The terrifying explosion and the scorching flames interwove, destroying every part of the plane.
Morgan felt like favonovel.com was about to die. Even though his spiritual energy had protected his whole body, favonovel.com felt intense pain in his back. But his consciousness was clear enough to recognize that the missiles had targeted his chartered plane.
Isaac must have done this! He’s discovered us! Damn it!
A huge flame exploded in the clouds. The plane’s wreckage was shrouded in dense smoke before falling into huge paddy fields below. At the same time, an object emitting a light blue glow followed, descending to the ground.
Layton Military Headquarters had already made predictions about the target. They’d decided to strike the plane in a deserted area near Cloud City.
Morgan felt his body slam heavily onto the ground, causing a sharp pain in his back. He even tasted mud.
When favonovel.com raised his head, favonovel.com noticed flames burning around him.
He was lying in the muddy water of the paddy fields, spitting out the mud from his mouth.
Gritting his teeth, favonovel.com stood up and spotted Gerard standing on the field’s edge.
