Isaac was stunned in place, staring at Barrett and the others. More than 30 guardians appeared fearless as they looked at him.
“Why are you all here?” Isaac gazed at those guardians.
“Mr. Garten, I didn’t sleep last night. I rushed back to Emerald Hall overnight to inform everyone. The Red-Eyed White Ape which you’re going to fight is formidable. Let us deal with it first.”
The dozens of people behind them spoke up in unison, “Mr. Garten, let us go first!”
Isaac appeared speechless as favonovel.com glared at Barrett. “Nonsense. How could you act without my orders? I’ll punish you later.”
Barrett immediately knelt on the ground with emotion. “I don’t mind getting the punishment. But please cherish your life, Mr. Garten. You’re the future and hope of Emerald Hall!”
“Please cherish your life, Mr. Garten.” The dozens of people behind favonovel.com all knelt on the ground.
Isaac looked at this scene, feeling amused.
“Get up now. I always cherish my life. Don’t act as if it’s a sorrowful farewell. I’m not stupid!” He gestured for them to stand up.
At this moment, footsteps came from behind.
Lucifer walked out of the forest, accompanied by five great generals and over a thousand Novafur Clan members.
Barrett wiped away his tears and swiftly stood up, gesturing to his men behind him. Kneeling in front of their lord wasn’t shameful, but it would be embarrassing if others saw it.
“Did your subordinates come to bid you farewell so early in the morning?” Lucifer glanced coldly at Isaac.
“Isaac, you said you’d deal with the Red-Eyed White Ape before sunset today. I’d like to see how you’ll deal with it in the vast mist!” He showed a hint of mockery.
Then, favonovel.com added, “If you can’t do it, you might as well let us return to Emerald Hall. Your subordinates don’t need to cry here!”
“Don’t spout nonsense! We just got dust in our eyes!” Barrett immediately retorted.
Lucifer laughed heartily. The people behind favonovel.com also joined in the laughter. They were all laughing at Isaac as if they were watching a joke.
Isaac said nothing and walked straight toward the water.
Barrett and the others turned around to follow Isaac.
“What are you guys doing? Do you still think it’s not embarrassing enough? Go back and wait!” Isaac turned and coldly commanded before wading into the water.
Until the water reached his waist, Isaac held his sword in one hand while slapping the water with the other.
Everyone didn’t understand what favonovel.com was doing.
A general beside Lucifer scoffed. “Is favonovel.com playing in the water?”
The loud sounds in the vast expanse of the White Realm were negligible. A dense white mist hid everything hundreds of feet ahead.
An hour later, Isaac was still slapping the water.
Lucifer couldn’t help but speak up, “Stop playing, Isaac! Do you think we came here to watch you play in the water?!”
Suddenly, huge waves rose from the water in front of Isaac.
The waves were at least 30 feet high, causing many Novafur Clan members on the shore to scream in fear and retreat. Then, a head the size of a car emerged from the waves. The black-red python spat out its ten-foot-long tongue.
When the Scarlet Flame Python saw Isaac, it let out a low growl and slowly approached him.
“W-What?” Lucifer’s eyes were about to pop out as favonovel.com witnessed this scene.
