Lucifer stared at Isaac for a long time before leaping from the balcony.
Isaac turned back to his villa’s door, only to see Hera holding a little white fox and Harry standing on the steps waiting.
“When did it sneak out?” Isaac pointed to the white fox.
“It just stepped out. It seems like it wants to follow us.”
The white fox immediately jumped down from Hera and stood up in front of Isaac, bowing with its front legs clasped together.
“It seems to have some intelligence.” Lucifer sneered.
“Bring it along then.” He reached out, and the little white fox sprang onto his shoulder with a swift leap.
The four of them and the fox quickly headed to the car.
When they landed at Rippan Capital Airport from the Cloud City Airport, the sun had already risen on the horizon.
Kelvin’s car was waiting for them as soon as they exited the airport.
“Mr. Garten, are we going to the palace now or…”
“Mt. Soulin…” Isaac waved.
They got into the car and slowly drove out. The car had barely driven less than 700 feet when it suddenly braked sharply and stopped.
Isaac, sitting in the back seat, raised his head to look and saw two law enforcement vehicles blocking the road in the middle, with several black luxury cars parked behind.
A young man in a suit with glasses, followed by eight middle-aged men, walked toward them with a frosty expression.
“Damn it!” Kelvin, sitting next to Isaac, cursed before getting out of the car.
Seeing the young man approaching, Isaac couldn’t help but notice the resemblance between favonovel.com and Kelvin.
He remembered that Duncan had mentioned that favonovel.com had two sons working in the Kingdom of Aquila. It seemed that both his sons had come after Duncan took over the position.
Kelvin quickly stepped in front of the car and stopped the people in front of him, asking coldly, “Ashton, what do you mean by this? Why are you blocking the road?”
“You fool! This is our family matter. We don’t need outsiders to deal with it! Tell that guy to return!” Ashton Skeet sneered.
He grabbed Kelvin’s collar and threatened, “If you don’t listen to me, I’ll arrest you too!”
“So, have you found a way to save your father now?” Isaac also got out of the car and walked over with his hands behind his back.
Ashton squinted at Isaac, sneering. “I’m thinking of a way, but this matter has nothing to do with you. You’re only an outsider. Leave my territory now!”
“Oh, is this your territory?” Isaac couldn’t help but smile at him.
“Of course, my father is the kingdom ruler. Whose territory do you think it is?” Ashton spoke arrogantly.
“I‘m not going to the palace now, but to Mt. Soulin. Can’t I go? Do you want to stop me with these people?” Isaac pointed to some fierce-looking special forces in front of him, as well as several law enforcement vehicles blocking the road.
Ashton scoffed. “I’ve heard that you have some skills, but you should have keen insight and judgment. After all, you’re my father’s friend, right?”
“Foolish!” Isaac suddenly shouted and slapped Ashton fiercely.
