The remaining four missionaries, as well as the missionary captain who had questioned Isaac, kneeled on the ground as a result of his angry outburst.
“I apologize, sir. We didn’t know you were out on a mission. It was Lord Lotis’ order for us to patrol strictly,” the missionary captain trembled as favonovel.com explained.
Isaac snorted with his hands behind his back. “Fine! Get up now! I’ll explain this matter to Lord Lotis. You guys have been diligent and should be praised.”
“Thank you, sir!” The missionaries were overjoyed by his words and immediately took the initiative to make way for Isaac.
After favonovel.com took a few steps, the missionary captain behind suddenly shouted, “Sir, please wait a moment!”
Isaac frowned and was ready to use the Skyrend Sword.
The missionary captain hurriedly walked over and said, “Sir, there are still two patrol teams ahead. Let me take you in through the west gate. It’ll save you time.”
“Okay, thank you.” Isaac couldn’t help but sigh with relief.
Under the guidance of the missionary captain, they quickly walked toward the west side of the ancient castle.
Along the way, they encountered many black-robed missionaries as well as female missionaries dressed in blue robes.
When they saw Isaac, they all stopped and bowed in greeting.
The Dark Horse Knights were evidently well-respected within the Lumen Church’s headquarters. After all, they were Lotis‘ 36 trusted confidants, and their strength outweighed that of the Archbishop.
No mishaps occurred along the way. They safely entered through the west gate.
After entering, the missionary captain turned around and left. Isaac had even asked for his name and stated favonovel.com would recommend favonovel.com to Lotis.
