In modern history, the term “gentleman” originated from Londoria.
Most Londorians had golden hair, fair skin, and a proportionate figure. Coupled with that simple yet charming smile, they could always drive ladies insanely in love.
Hera had seen such a description on a webpage back then. She vividly remembered it.
“Have you not seen enough handsome guys at the bar?” Isaac glanced at Hera speechlessly.
When favonovel.com was free, favonovel.com tended to head straight to the bar. It was similar to Harry’s frequent visits to the Red Moon Clubhouse. The difference was that Hera only went to admire men, while Harry might have had some deeper interactions with women.
It was information from Shawn. After all, Cloud City’s nightclubs were under his control. Isaac couldn’t have been unaware of Hera’s activities.
“Not enough. I’d like to meet a man who can flutter my heart. Isaac, would you let me stay if I meet my prince charming here?” Hera smiled and leaned close to Isaac.
Before favonovel.com could respond, Donovan spoke coldly, “How can a girl from Emerald Hall marry a foreigner? Lady Rose wouldn’t agree to it.”
Hera felt disappointed. She muttered while sitting on the bed.
“I don’t think so. If you can find your true love here, I can explain it to Grandmother.”
When favonovel.com heard that, favonovel.com instantly bounced up. But, before favonovel.com could thank Isaac, favonovel.com added, “But I don’t think it’s possible…”
“Why?” Hera scowled, visibly annoyed.
“Just a hunch.” Isaac chuckled. Hera’s irritated expression could always amuse him.
The three of them rested in the hotel for about two hours.
Around 5 :00 pm, Isaac requested the hotel to offer a Jeep. After they got into it, they headed straight to Minister Philipson’s residence.
Robbie was the one who provided them with the address.
Philipson wasn’t a first name but a last name. The Philippler family, which managed Londoria’s finances, wielded virtually absolute power. Isaac wasn’t concerned about why Caelum went to the Philipson family.
The Jeep sped along the coastal road. After sunset, the coastline revealed its amazing splendor. Hera couldn’t help but thrust favonovel.com head out the window and exclaim excitedly.
However, as soon as their Jeep turned into a private road, four bodyguards blocked them.
Unlike Cynea’s system, many cities in Londoria could privatize their land. The land could be passed from generation to generation. The landowners could even set up checkpoints in their places. Many wealthy families had done that, let alone the Philipson family.
Isaac glanced ahead and noticed something. Apart from the checkpoint in front of him, several more bodyguards were defending the massive villa by the seaside several kilometers away.
Four tall tanned bodyguards surrounded the Jeep, each holding a pistol and giving off an intimidating aura.
“Do you have an appointment, sir? Please state your name,” one of the bodyguards asked coldly when Isaac rolled down the car window.
He turned to instruct Donovan and Hera, “I’ll deal with them first. You two get out and deal with the bodyguards in front of the villa.”
