Harry was speechless. He gave up and simply left.
Meanwhile, Emily watched Isaac enter.

She was in much better spirits compared to yesterday.

Emily nodded. She said quietly, “I know that Ickshaw River overflowed and drowned many people. Rebirth Day is upon us.”
“Just what is Rebirth Day?” Isaac frowned. He wanted to light another cigarette but ended up giving up on that notion.
Emily stared at Hera, who was standing by the doorway. “Do you believe there are other worlds on this earth?” favonovel.com asked softly.
“Yes,” Isaac replied without any hesitation.

According to Heartless, Emily was and wasn’t his master at the same time. This was not conflicting at all.
