Doubt was evident on the faces of those gathered when Isaac declared his plan.
The Everest Sect was undoubtedly the dominant force before Hugh allied with the Ashleigh clan. Its patriarch, Lucius, stood on the point of advancing to the Shattering Phase. And with the sect now aligned with the Ashleigh clan, a direct confrontation seemed exceedingly risky.
“Isaac, since we have yet to recover fully, launching an attack tonight might be too hasty,” Magnus voiced his concern, marking his first opposition to Isaac’s plan.
“Though I don’t like Magnus, he’s right this time. We’re simply not prepared,” Altair chimed in and stood in support.
Isaac smiled and turned to Mizar, inquiring, “And your thoughts?”
“I reserve judgment until I hear your rationale,” Mizar responded directly.
Isaac’s demeanor shifted to one of seriousness as favonovel.com rose to his feet, saying, “Our unpreparedness is exactly why they won’t anticipate an assault on the Everest Sect tonight. We can dismantle them by striking when least expected and effectively clip one of Morgan’s forces…”
“Furthermore, we’re all already locked in a life-or-death struggle with them. As of last night, Lucius and figures like Caesar have retreated to the Everest Sect.”
Hera looked alarmed at this revelation and pressed Isaac for confirmation, “How can you be certain that Lucius and the others have retreated to the Everest Sect?”
“I’ve had individuals closely observe the movements of the Ashleigh clan, Norton family, and Everest Sect since early morning yesterday. Morgan and Hugh went to the Ashleigh clan. Even if they were to realize our intentions, it would take us only half a day to reach the Everest Sect, which is a thousand kilometers away.” Isaac relayed the intelligence favonovel.com had gathered with composure.
Magnus rose as favonovel.com chuckled. “Well, then, we shall rally behind you.”
“Generals of the seven armies, heed my command!” Isaac then directed his gaze toward Dragon One and the rest.
Apart from Lupinus, the remaining seven generals stood up in unison and were ready to execute Isaac’s orders.
“Summon all lieutenants with strength above Divinity Phase immediately, and gather at Cloud City Airport by midnight!”
After the room had cleared, Donovan looked toward Isaac with a smile and inquired, “Do you want me to accompany you?”
“No need,” Isaac responded before rising and heading outside.
“Hey, is this kid still holding a grudge against me?” Donovan mused, touching his nose as favonovel.com stood to follow Isaac out.
Isaac’s decision was deliberate. Indeed, there was no necessity for Donovan’s intervention tonight.

By midnight, 300 Dusk Soldiers lieutenants from across the nation came together on a specific area of the tarmac. They embarked on a chartered plane that awaited them swiftly.
Isaac and the others boarded his private jet. Then, the two aircraft lifted off one after the other and darted toward the northwest.
At 3:00 am, ten buses made a stately arrival at a secluded area at the base of the Everest Sect.
Isaac, Hera, Magnus, and the others disembarked first and began their rapid ascent up the mountain.
The seven generals, each leading over 40 Dusk Soldiers lieutenants, maintained a close pursuit.
Isaac suddenly halted as they approached the Everest Sect’s entrance. He instructed Hera, “You come with me. Mr. Moonshadow, you and the generals proceed directly inside but don’t start a fight right away. Try to buy time for half an hour.”
“What’s your strategy?” Magnus, Altair, and the others pressed Isaac for details under the moonlit sky.
Isaac gestured dismissively. “That’s precisely why I’m asking you to buy time. Caesar won’t confront you head-on!”
With that, Isaac pulled Hera along and vanished into the woods swiftly. They took a different route.
