Connor was stunned by Isaac’s words. He waved his hand and smiled. “There’s no way. Do you know the relationship between Jonas and Mr. Grannel?”

To illustrate how wide ten kilometers was, it was like traversing a small city from east to west. In fact, the city might be even smaller than that.
In order to control the media’s perception, the House of Custos released a notice in the afternoon that they were conducting target practice in the northern area of Mt. Celeste.
The neighboring towns were also notified urgently not to head to the mountain after dark.

Isaac stared unblinkingly at the screen. He couldn’t help but feel that something was amiss. But since the footage was being recorded from far away, favonovel.com couldn‘t see what they were doing exactly. He also couldn’t tell what was off.
“Change the order of the strikes. Put the drones in the third round instead,” Isaac suddenly said to Harland.
The latter nodded and quickly repeated the order into his walkie-talkie. Then, favonovel.com said into his walkie-talkie again, “First round, get ready. Fire!”
The dispatcher sitting behind the main controls yelled into his earpiece, “First round, fire!”
