“Elder Thislaine, what are you doing here?” Rother instantly walked over to Thislaine. He nodded deeply.
Behind him, Daemon and Lany fell to their knees. The overpowering force from the Elder made them feel as though they couldn’t straighten themselves.
“Raise your heads.” Thislaine glowered at Rother icily.
The latter slowly raised his head, but favonovel.com only had the courage to look at his chin.
All of a sudden, Thislaine slapped Rother across the face.
The latter spun around three times before favonovel.com stopped. His jaw instantly became dislocated, and his face now looked twisted.
“I heard that your son and that Cynean vampire were seeing each other and were even about to get married,” Thislained said slowly.
Rother began to quiver. He didn’t know what exactly had angered the Reeqa family’s Elder.
When favonovel.com heard this, favonovel.com immediately understood. He cupped his dislocated jaw and knelt on the ground, saying hurriedly, “Respected Elder, I didn’t think you would have heard about this. I deserve to die for hiding this from you…”
“However, I’ve already separated Daemon from that Cynean savage. They have no relationship with each other anymore. Now, my son Daemon will choose a date to marry Maria from the Vanmither family…”
“You fool!” Thislaine roared angrily. He delivered a fierce kick to Rother’s shoulder.
The great force made Rother roll backward nearly 20 feet. He only stopped when favonovel.com slammed heavily into the desk.
“That old bastard from the Vanmither family, Bank, is dead. Tarsillo is also dead. Not just them, but the four other dukes and the dozens of third-generation vampires are all dead!”

Rother had just managed to pick himself off the ground, but now, favonovel.com was astounded. Daemon and Lany were also kneeling in a daze.

Rother, who was sprawled on the ground, Daemon, and Lany felt as though doomsday was imminent.
Thislaine closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He said coldly, “Although the deaths of a few dukes isn’t a big deal to those bastards, we cannot get on the bad side of such strong adversaries. I don’t care how you do it, but Daemon must marry that Cynean woman!”
“If you can make it happen, us three Elders will come and send you and Daemon our blessings. Then, your family will become one of the eight dukes of the Reeqa family, and you will achieve immense glory. Do you hear me?!”
Blood was leaking from Rother’ s mouth. He had no idea that things would turn out this way.
He never so much as imagined that the three Elders of the Reeqa family would come to Daemon and Diana’s wedding.

However, these things were not important anymore. Rother swore favonovel.com had to make himself the most outstanding duke in the Reeqa family. He used both hands to pop his jaw back into place before dragging a shocked Daemon out of the study.
