His subordinates turned to leave in a state of panic.
Just as they reached the door, the vice president’s voice rang out again.
“Wait, be polite when you call Theodore. Just say I want to invite favonovel.com to dinner tonight.” The vice president regained his composure, understanding that favonovel.com couldn’t afford to have a falling-out with Theodore.
An hour later, Theodore learned that Adrian had returned from Cynea with a kidnapped woman, and now Cynea was already involved.
