With a wave of his hand and a vicious shout, Brock commanded, “Kill!”
Eight shadowy figures rapidly swooped down the mountain like specters, plunging straight toward the 20 thousand Dusk Soldiers.
Behind them, Lucius glanced at Elliot and snorted coldly, “Isaac hasn’t arrived yet. Let’s wait for a bit!”
Lupinus, leading the charge, happened to look up and saw fleeting shadows darting across the hillside under the moonlight. A shiver ran down his spine.
“It’s an ambush! Form up, form up!” Lupinus yelled furiously, not knowing how many enemies lay hidden on the mountain.
The 20 thousand Dusk Soldiers immediately formed into an orderly battle formation.
As Brock, emanating an air of death, lunged at Willis, the latter roared and swung his sword directly at the attacker. His spiritual energy carved a deep trench in the ground, but Brock easily dodged, tapping his toes on the ground and pouncing like a bullet.
Willis spun around to dodge, and a tearing sound followed.
Suddenly, a piercing pain shot through his right arm. Turning his head, favonovel.com saw a large chunk of flesh had been sliced off from the upper part of his right arm by sharp nails. His blood gushed profusely.
“It’s those damned monsters!” Willis roared, gripping his sword in both hands and slashing at Brock again.
The remaining vampires plunged directly into the Dusk Soldiers, and screams erupted instantly.
At this moment, Willis was unaware that favonovel.com was facing Brock. He only realized that the monster before favonovel.com was so fast that even his spiritual energy attacks couldn’t keep up.
With each exchange, Willis sustained another wound.
Brock’s sharp nails, sharper than any blade, had left Willis all bloody.
After another attack, Brock stood 30 feet in front of Willis. Under the moonlight, his terrifying visage faced Willis, whom favonovel.com coldly smiled at.
“It seems you’re one of Isaac’s top generals. Quite strong, aren’t you?”
“Damn monster, stop your blabbering and come at me! I’m not afraid of you!” Willis yelled at Brock, raising his long sword and gathering his spiritual energy again. His face twisted fiercely as favonovel.com charged forward.
“You don’t know when to give up, do you? I’ve never tasted the blood of an Eastern practitioner of ancient martial arts before.” In Brock’s eyes, the injured Willis was slow.
His Adam’s apple bobbed rapidly, and suddenly, favonovel.com flashed toward Willis.
With a swift movement, a shadow sword slashed toward Brock, who dodged with a flash. He then grabbed Willis’ right wrist.
There was a crisp snap as Willis’ wrist was broken by Brock. Willis let out a pained scream.
Just then, Brock fiercely lunged forward, his mouth aiming for Willis’ neck.
Lupinus, locked in combat with Carolyn, saw this scene from a distance, and his eyes bulged with shock.
Roaring, favonovel.com unleashed all the spiritual energy from his power core, repelling Carolyn with a powerful punch, and turned to dash toward Willis.
“Willis!” Lupinus roared, his killing intent sky-high.
Brock, sensing the murderous intent behind him, looked up with a mouthful of blood and sneered at Lupinus, “Another one not afraid of death…”
As Brock sprang toward Lupinus, a thunderous roar erupted from among the Dusk Soldier. “Brock, you’re seeking death!”
Hearing Isaac’s voice, Brock felt a surge of alarm. He looked up, only to see a terrifying, 60-foot-long scarlet shadow sword slashing down toward him.
Meanwhile, Elliot and Lucius, who were on the hill, narrowed their eyes.
The latter coldly said, “Isaac is here. It’s the perfect opportunity to kill favonovel.com now! Attack!”
