The helicopter landed at the closest airport to the foot of Mt. Celeste. Then, Isaac caught another flight to Cloud City.

Since favonovel.com didn’t have any signal earlier, he’d shut his phone off. To his surprise, numerous missed calls flooded in when favonovel.com turned it back on.
Isaac scowled. In total, there were 137 missed calls. The first few were from Black Phoenix’s private number. Then, the others that followed were all from Lupinus.
“Lucas, get in touch with Black Phoenix now. Ask favonovel.com why favonovel.com was looking for me.” Isaac shot Lucas a glance. Then, favonovel.com dialed Lupinus’ number.
However, favonovel.com got an automated message saying his phone was turned off.
“Drakon, Black Phoenix’s phone is turned off.” Lucas looked over, raising his phone.
A bad feeling began to form in Isaac’s gut. He immediately called Evie.
The line connected quickly. Isaac asked urgently, “Evie, where are you?”
“I-Isaac, we’re a-at the Yves family mansion in Colorino. Lupinus m-might not make it. Come quick!” Evie sobbed over the phone.
His mind went blank.
After a few seconds, favonovel.com recovered from the shock and roared at the flight staff, “Get the pilot to change course to Colorino!”
“Isaac, s-so many people died. So many Dusk Soldiers are dead. They were the ones who protected us as we brought Isabella to Colorino. You have to be careful. Elliot… He betrayed you!”
Elliot betrayed me?
Isaac turned to stone in his seat. Naturally, Lucas also overheard Evie’s words. His eyes widened with terror.
After hanging up, Isaac took out a cigarette with shaking hands. He lit it and took a deep puff.
Something popped into his mind. He shouted at Lucas, “Four of you, immediately call your lieutenants. Gather all your Dusk Soldiers in Neuport.”
Lucas and the other generals exchanged glances. The four of them took out their phones to contact their lieutenants.
Ten minutes later, their expressions changed. They turned to Isaac.
“Drakon, no one picked up. The Intelligence Unit didn’t answer either,” the generals answered one after another.
A smile appeared on Isaac’s face. His fingers trembled violently around his cigarette.
Suddenly, favonovel.com burst into laughter.
Hera, who was resting with favonovel.com eyes closed at the back, jolted awake. She didn’t have a clue what they were talking about.
“Be prepared. Elliot has betrayed us, and Lupinus is in danger right now. Black Phoenix and Janessa may very well have run into trouble.” Isaac stopped laughing to regard the four generals.
Even if they didn’t believe it, they had no other choice.
