Harry rummaged through the box and pulled out a power bank. The faint light illuminated the surroundings.
Unfolding a makeshift map, Isaac quickly drew a circle on it and said in a deep voice, “This should be the tomb of Emerald Hall, with an area of approximately 27 thousand square feet… North of here, there’s a statue next to a massive tomb. Skyrend Sword is at the top of that tomb.”
Isaac pointed north of the circled area with his pen. The map also showed some rough routes and markers indicating the location of Emerald Hall. This was something Isaac started working on after entering the secret realm because Mizar’s map was completely inaccurate, and favonovel.com found it more reliable to create his own while exploring.
“My Idea is to watch from a distance and let them fight first. Once they’ve fought for a while, we can join in,” Isaac said, looking at the group.
“But what if they have the same idea as you and are also waiting for the enemy to appear? Aren’t you planning to pull out the sword?” Altair scoffed.
“That’s impossible. There’s an information gap here. We know something they don’t.”
“What information gap?”
“That the sword couldn’t be pulled out. Or, I should say, couldn’t be pulled out easily.” Isaac looked at Altair.
Chet chuckled. “They’ll definitely scramble to get up there once they know the Skyrend Sword is on the tomb.”
“What if those guys just took the sword away, and others don’t know about it yet?” Altair expressed his concern.
Everyone exchanged glances, and Isaac stared at Altair with a light laugh. “Then, let’s go light a fire.”
Light a fire?
“You, Sir Lionel, Mr. Guerra, and I will sneak up first to assess the situation. If there are no other groups present, we’ll go light a fire. How about that?”
“I knew it. If I don’t have enough brain cells to be your opponent, I’ll get played to death.” Altair understood and rolled his eyes.
The four strongest individuals emerged from the underground passage into the almost pitch-black night, rushing toward the tomb in the northwest direction. Once they arrived in the northwest, they hid behind the tomb they had previously used for cover.
Looking up, they saw the figures still jumping around.
“Hey, they still can’t pull it out. Damn, really useless.” Altair couldn’t help but chuckle.
“You didn’t manage to pull it out either,” Isaac retorted, rolling his eyes.
Altair snorted and fell silent.
Chet whispered, “It seems like the others still don’t know that the Skyrend Sword is right here. Isaac…”
“Go!” Isaac burst out first, the three following closely behind, swiftly advancing toward the massive tomb.
The figures at the top of the tomb were focused on pulling out the sword, oblivious to the four approaching shadows.
When it was less than 300 feet, Isaac suddenly leaped high into the air, clasping his hands together and roaring, “Rampant Sky Slash!”
“Inferno Seven Fists!”
“Draco Howl!”
“Thunderstrike Palm!”
Immediately, the other three leaped into the air, each unleashing their strongest move, all directed toward the figures on top of the colossal tomb.
One of the figures raised his head abruptly, shouting, “We have an enemy!”
Green spiritual energy erupted around favonovel.com as favonovel.com threw a punch, sending a tiger-shaped attack toward Isaac’s scarlet blade.
After Isaac and the others landed on the ground, they sprinted away without looking back.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Several spiritual energies collided, producing a deep, muffled sound, and shockwaves rippled out in all directions.
Simultaneously, inside aloft to the left and below the tomb, Magnus, who was meditating, suddenly opened his eyes. The students around favonovel.com also stood up.
