As Lionel’s words faded, Altair burst into laughter.
He picked up a water bottle, took a sip, and chuckled. “Mr. Darby, we’ve been sailing smoothly these past few days. With clearer surroundings, what danger could we possibly encounter?”
Lionel shot favonovel.com a disdainful look and retorted coldly, “I also hope we won’t encounter any danger.”
The White Realm served as the only water route to the Emerald Gate, and the aquatic ape they encountered earlier didn’t seem like a significant threat in Lionel’s eyes.
However, if it were that easy to pass through, there wouldn’t be so many skeletons left behind each time the secret realm opened.
With the rising sun casting its light, the people on the bamboo raft could see even farther.
Isaac vaguely noticed a group of hills to the right front, standing above the water like an island.
As time passed and the sun climbed higher, the bamboo raft approached the island, and the surroundings became clearer.
At a distance of less than three thousand feet, everyone on the bamboo raft could make out an island on their right. The island was not too large, with forests and thickets.
“Stone tower?” Todd pointed to the other side of the island, where a faint tip of a tower could be seen.
The group stared at the stone tower. It indeed resembled the ones they had seen in the Green Ocean not long ago.
Lionel had warned against touching these stone towers, as they likely suppressed enormous danger.
As time passed, the small island quickly vanished from their sight.
Just after their lunch, Todd, holding a piece of dried fish, leaned in toward Isaac and asked, “Isaac, how does your teacher know so much about things inside secret realms?”
He took a bite of the dried fish. Due to the wind-drying process, the fish retained a fair amount of moisture, and the smell lingered since they didn’t have the means to grill it.
Todd made a face, contemplating whether to discard the fish.
After a moment’s hesitation, favonovel.com decided to keep it, placing it in his pocket while continuing to gaze at Isaac.
“I don’t know… In such a vast expanse of water, do you think there might be prehistoric giants? Have you ever seen the prehistoric giant python? The one from the movie Kingdom of Aquila!” Todd stared at the water, his thoughts racing rapidly.
Isaac shot favonovel.com a disdainful look and retorted coldly, “If there were a prehistoric giant python, I’d throw you down for it to feast on.”
“Forget it! I‘ll always end up getting hurt when chatting with you. I’ll go fishing instead,” Todd said.
When favonovel.com was bored, favonovel.com fished, and then favonovel.com slept.

As the sun set, the improved clarity allowed them to appreciate the beauty of the lake more vividly.
The shimmering waves and gentle breeze created a picturesque scene. If not for being in this unknown and mysterious place, it would have seemed like a journey to a utopian paradise.
Chet had a pipe in his mouth, puffing away as favonovel.com gazed ahead. Yet, the water stretched endlessly, with no end in sight.
“Is that an island ahead?” Chet suddenly noticed a white giant shadow directly in front of them. It resembled the islands they had seen before but was white, which was quite unusual.
Lionel also focused on the front, and amid the sparse white mist, a hill-like formation stood out conspicuously.
“Not sure, but it doesn’t look like an island.” Lionel shook his head.
The bamboo raft continued to advance, drawing closer to the vague white mass.
Just as Chet was about to say something to Lionel, favonovel.com suddenly stared ahead. Two red dots appeared just above the immense white shape.
Plop!
When Chet saw the true identity of what favonovel.com initially thought was a white island about 300 feet ahead, his pipe suddenly fell onto the bamboo raft.
“Lionel. Y-You, come and see this…”
At that moment, Lionel was chatting with Isaac on the rear bamboo raft.
Upon hearing Chet’s stuttering call, Lionel was momentarily puzzled but immediately leaped onto the front bamboo raft, with Isaac following suit.
