When the three patriarchs saw this, they were overjoyed. They exchanged glances before hurrying up the steps after them.

Just as the three patriarchs contemplated whether to advance or retreat, light footsteps came from the darkness past the stone doors.
A white-haired elder in a pure white cloak slowly walked out.
The old man stepped out the doors and paused in front of the steps. He looked down at everyone with cold eyes, his gaze finally stopping on Lucius.
