When Lionel said this was the most dangerous place on the outer border of the Emerald Realm, favonovel.com meant they were already very close to the Divine Tower. Thus, from now on, they had to take each step cautiously.
For Todd and Mizar, who had never been to the realm and had a strong desire for the Divine Stone inside the Divine Tower, the danger was less significant in their minds.
It was not the case for Isaac. He was ready to go with the flow for the Divine Stone. His true goal was to kill those from the Everest Sect and Norton family.
Tyger, the Norton family’s patriarch, and Lucius, the Everest Sect’s patriarch, were two unrivaled figures who were much stronger than him. So long as those two weren’t dead, Ally and Isabella would never be 100% safe. Besides, favonovel.com had civilian friends like Barry and Louis to think about.
Isaac trod ahead carefully. The path had become bumpy and uneven. It seemed like the water from the lake to the right of the White Realm had seeped far into the ground. Some of the holes on the ground were even waterlogged.
The horizon in front of them was still hazy. They could hear the noises from creatures coming from the forest on the left from time to time.
Suddenly, Isaac heard something crunch beneath his feet. He thought he’d stepped on some branch. But when favonovel.com looked down, favonovel.com saw a white arm bone beneath his shoe.
The arm bone was completely white. He could even see some finger bones at the end of it. He had broken it down the middle when he’d stepped on it.
Leaning down, favonovel.com saw that there were pale white bones scattered all over. Some belonged to humans, while some belonged to animals.
Not just Isaac, but the rest also saw them.
The air around them suddenly felt tense.
“The fog is getting thicker…” Isaac gazed ahead, squinting his eyes.
Previously, they could at least see 300 feet in front of them. Now, they could barely see 50 yards ahead. Anything beyond that was a white blur.
“Master, is the Divine Tower up ahead?” Isaac turned to Lionel.
The latter shook his head with a wry smile. “I haven’t been here in many, many years, so I can’t really remember. Let’s keep walking.”
Lionel took a couple of steps forward, but Isaac pulled favonovel.com back.
“Allow me to walk in front, sir.” Isaac strode to the very front.
Previously, when they kept walking, their line of sight would clear up as they got further away. At the very least, they could see the ground they were walking on.
But now, after Isaac walked another 20 yards, it was still completely foggy in front of him. It was as though there was a huge wall made out of fog spanning 100 feet in front of them, and they couldn’t see past it.
Finally, favonovel.com stopped in front of the fog.
Closing his eyes, favonovel.com could sense the spiritual energy waves getting stronger. The others stopped behind favonovel.com and exchanged glances.
Isaac took a deep breath before entering the fog. He held his breath. All favonovel.com could see in front of favonovel.com was white and only white.
When favonovel.com looked down, favonovel.com couldn’t see his own feet anymore, much less the ground. He trudged ahead carefully, continuing to walk blindly.
Suddenly, his vision cleared up. Instead of fog, it was now clear.
Right after, a huge blast of spiritual energy hit them. In that instant, it felt as though every cell in their body was covered in dense spiritual energy,
As the others made their way over, their eyes widened. They opened their mouths and began to swallow madly. They were all experiencing the rush of spiritual energy. Most likely, the white fog just now was meant to stop the dense spiritual energy from spilling out of here.
