Sable?
Isaac glanced at the Black Martial Munk, who looked to be in his 50s.
Sable immediately turned and walked toward the towering grass. With a wave of his hand, a large swath of weeds fell flat on the ground. With his deity energy, favonovel.com cleared out a path over three feet wide.
Once inside the jungle, the sun was barely visible. The light was dim due to the tall and dense tree, far exceeding the Umayson rainforest Isaac had visited.
The uneven ground was pockmarked, but the group’s formidable skills made it seem like a walk in the park.
Mizar seemed to understand why Heartless had stared at favonovel.com for so long after they came ashore. She promptly circulated spiritual energy to “dry” favonovel.com clothes, shaking off Heartless’ peculiar gaze.
“Sir, wait a minute,” Harry, carrying a metal box on his back, shouted from behind.
Everyone turned around, only to see Harry disappearing into the bushes.
Isaac hurried to catch up, finding Harry crouched next to a patch of grass and staring at a green plant.
“What are you doing?”
“This herb, such a rare herb…” Harry looked up, making a shushing gesture and urgently lowering his voice.
The others approached, and Harry pulled out a dagger from his ankle. He cut the weeds surrounding the plant, creating a small clearing.
In the middle, the five-leaf herb plant stood out prominently. Then, Harry kept on digging the soil with his dagger.
Suddenly, Harry made a scooping motion with both hands and forcefully dug under the herb plant.
“So big… It’s really huge…” Harry’s voice trembled.
He lifted the plant and shook off the soil, revealing a wild herb about half the size of a palm.
“Is this thing valuable?” Todd blurted out absentmindedly.
“‘Valuable’? I’ve never seen such a large, wild five-leaf herb. This one has been growing for at least 13 hundred years,” Harry said, looking somewhat annoyed. It was as if an illiterate had debated the validity of a scientist’s extensive research.
After Harry Cleaned up the herb and carefully placed it in the metal box with a piece of cloth torn from his clothes, the group continued their journey to the southwest.
Isaac observed his surroundings while walking, noting the landscape and environment within the Emerald Realm. He kept an eye out for Lionel, who was supposed to be waiting at the entrance. However, Lionel was nowhere to be seen.
Mizar insisted on reaching the temple before nightfall to avoid danger. So, Isaac couldn’t linger and wait for Lionel. After all, Lionel had entered the Emerald Realm before, and the flattened path should have been clear signs. He would have been able to discern the trail of Isaac and the others.
After walking for approximately two hours, Isaac checked the time on his phone and suddenly stopped in his tracks.
The time on his phone read, 2:00 pm, the same time they entered the entrance.
A tremendous roar echoed from the forest ahead, making the earth tremble and startling flocks of birds into flight.
Another roar followed, and Todd furrowed his brows and urged, “I’ll go ahead and check! Stay alert!”
With a swift movement, Todd’s burly figure advanced through the forest toward the source of the sound.
Shortly after, Todd’s shout came from the front. “Holy hell! It’s a giant white tiger! Isaac, hurry over and give me a hand!”
