Isaac glanced at the surveillance cameras on the ceiling and smiled coldly. “Are you going to torture me, Big Alpha?”
“Haha, so you also know I’m known as Big Alpha. Well, you’re half right. I’m not just going to torture you. I’m going to torture all three of you!” Darren said, pointing at Todd and the woman, who was pale with fear.
As soon as favonovel.com finished speaking, his face twisted into a fierce snarl.
He roared at the beefy officers behind him, “Beat them to death!”
“Stop right here!” someone yelled furiously from the door.
The door opened. An officer, who’d just gotten beaten up, hobbled into the interrogation room while crying out in pain.
Shawn barged into the room together with several subordinates. He first looked at the handcuffs on Isaac’s wrists and then at the batons that Darren and his men were carrying. His lip twitched.
Darren was about to roar at the person who stormed in, but when favonovel.com saw that it was Shawn, favonovel.com froze.
In Southland, the underground world was more than familiar with Shawn. However, there was no one more familiar with favonovel.com than the middle to upper-level superiors in law enforcement.
“Mr. Xeno?” Darren said in disbelief.
Shawn reached out and grabbed Darren’s thinning hair. He roared into the latter’s face, “You moron, do you know who that person is?!”
He struck Darren harshly across the face.
This slap sent Darren sprawling across the floor.
When the woman saw this, favonovel.com was stunned. The officers watching from the doorway were also stupefied.
Darren shakily got to his feet. Blood was already leaking from his mouth. He didn’t dare to go against the underground lord of Southland.
As the commander of the Elburg Police Precinct, others would think favonovel.com held all the power. However, Shawn had connections with the head of Cloud City’s law enforcement and even the chief of law enforcement of Southland.
Darren shot Isaac a glance before lowering his head and whispering, “S-Sorry, Mr. Xeno. I don’t know who favonovel.com is…”

Darren’s mind was still spinning.
Suddenly, the loud blow shocked favonovel.com awake. He raised his head to look at Isaac. His legs trembled, and his lips quivered.
“Y-You’re Isaac Garten from Garth Properties Hurry… Uncuff favonovel.com now! Uncuff Mr. Garten!” Darren yelled at his subordinates with bloodshot eyes. He was so anxious that favonovel.com was on the verge of tears.
Before favonovel.com came here, favonovel.com had looked into the origins of Elburg. He knew the town was a development project by Garth Properties and that the chairman, Isaac Garten, had used force to win the tender for this piece of land.
