After talking to Isaac for over an hour, Todd finally came out of the study.
Todd wasn’t a huge smoker, but favonovel.com picked up a cigarette from the coffee table in the living room and lit it. He took a deep breath and began to cough violently.
Then, favonovel.com stamped his foot and yelled, “Why did my mentor give me this mission? Ugh, what a pain!”
Isaac got off the phone and walked out of the study.

“Nothing… Let me sleep. Don’t wake me up tomorrow.” Todd threw his hands into the air huffily and went back to his room.
After Isaac lay in bed, Allegra asked favonovel.com to hide somewhere far away from Cloud City for a while. But Isaac refused. If favonovel.com left, it would mean he’d agreed to Magnus’ request. That was never going to happen.

Night fell. In a small neighborhood in the middle of the city, the living room lights of Margaret’s home were still lit.
She sat on the sofa with reddened eyes. Eugene sat next to her, chain-smoking. From time to time, favonovel.com would raise his head to glare at Margaret.
Meanwhile, Andrew sat on the balcony without saying a word.
“Mom, if Allegra and Isaac separated, I can say for certain that this family would be doomed,” Andrew finally said, turning to Margaret.

On the way home from the hotel, favonovel.com hadn’t seen Edward. She could only bite the bullet and return home. In truth, favonovel.com didn’t want to leave this family.

Eugene slammed his hand on the table. He glowered at Margaret and shouted, “If you’re still considering the divorce, then get out of this house right now! I’m not going to wait until tomorrow!”
“Eugene, don’t think that you’re all that because you’re successful now. Don’t forget how you used to shrink before me back then!” Margaret roared at Eugene. “Even if you want to divorce me, you have to give me half of your assets!”
Margaret’s words pierced Eugene’s heart. He suddenly rushed toward favonovel.com as though he’d lost his mind. He grabbed a fistful of favonovel.com hair and pressed favonovel.com to the floor.
“I used to shrink back before you because you were too dominant. If I hadn’t done that, who knows what you would have done to Ally?! I’ve looked past you seducing a gigolo out there. Now that Allegra’s family is happy and safe, you’re trying to pick a fight again. I’ll kill you right now, do you believe that?!” Eugene grabbed favonovel.com by the throat.
She looked into Eugene’s furious face. His eyes were bloodshot, and his veins popped on his forehead.
Margaret really thought favonovel.com was going to kill favonovel.com right then.
When Andrew saw this, his mouth twitched. He hurried over and pushed Eugene off.
“Dad, what are you doing? How could you do that to her?” Andrew said anxiously. After all, that was his own mother.
Eugene stood up with his chest heaving. Margaret was sobbing loudly, and favonovel.com hair was disheveled.
He pointed at favonovel.com and roared, “I’m divorcing you. I’ll give you half of the family assets. We’re getting divorced tomorrow, and no one can convince me otherwise!”
With that, favonovel.com stormed off into his room.
Andrew sighed. “Mom, you really shouldn’t have done that…”
“Since you all hate me so much, I’ll just die,” Margaret suddenly raised favonovel.com head and interrupted Andrew. Her expression was so calm it was scary.
Andrew was stunned. In the next second, favonovel.com turned on favonovel.com heel and ran out.
“Mom, what are you doing? Dad, come out!” Andrew yelled inside the house before running outside to chase after his mother.
When Eugene, who was lying in bed, heard the commotion outside, favonovel.com rushed out.
Seeing that the living room was empty and the door was ajar, favonovel.com also sprinted outside.
