Isaac felt the pain of teeth breaking his skin. He roared and reached for the dagger in his right sleeve. He spun the sharp tip of the blade upright and stabbed upward.
Brook’s teeth had already sunken into Isaac’s throat, but suddenly, his body trembled.
At that moment, Diana pounced onto his back. She didn’t even think it over, it was completely instinctual.
