At 1:00 am, Caesar was at the Everest Arena with Sarah Charger, an assistant division head who had just come out of meditating in seclusion.
They stood on the platform, while the five remaining Celestial Phase fighters of the Everest Sect waited below the platform with 50 other Divinity Phase fighters.
Samuel, Channing, Altair, and Mizar had just arrived. They also made their way to the platform where Caesar was at. They had brought along 23 Celestial Phase fighters and 120 final-stage Divinity Phase fighters.
The night breeze picked up. Caesar looked at all the strong and powerful fighters surrounding him. He thought that even without the patriarch’s help, favonovel.com would most certainly be able to defeat Isaac and his men this time.
Suddenly, a loud booming voice was heard from all around them. “Caesar, take the heads with you and set out for Cloud City now. I will be there shortly! Remember that you’re not to let Isaac escape. Whoever dares to challenge the Everest Sect will die!”
Caesar waved his hand in the air and roared, “Everyone, follow me!”
The doors to the sect opened. Caesar led the way out with all the powerful fighters behind him.
This was the first time in Everest Sect’s history that so many fighters were sent out just to capture a young brat like Isaac.
“Oh, boy… Who would have thought that we’d be leaving a whole day earlier? The patriarch is a cunning one, after all. Isaac is so, so dead,” Altair told Mizar in his car on the way to the airport.
There was a look of pity on his face. It was as if Isaac had already been killed.
“Did my idea not work the last time?” Mizar asked through favonovel.com veil.

The people were about to board the plane when a few fighter jets suddenly flew over from low altitude at supersonic speed.
The planes then disappeared out of sight in the blink of an eye. The loud, thunderous sound caused Altair and everyone else to look up in awe.
“Mizar, was that a fighter jet? It went by so quickly! Have you ever seen fighter jets still training so late at night?” Altair said with a chuckle as favonovel.com walked over to Mizar.
“Their training has got nothing to do with you anyway,” Mizar shot back with a roll of favonovel.com eyes. She then headed for the airstairs.
“Everyone, hurry up! We can’t let Isaac get away! We’re going to avenge ourselves tonight!” Caesar called out from the top of the stairs.
Boom!
Just then, a loud explosion sounded from the mountains behind the airport. The explosion was so bright that it lit up half the mountains.
Boom! Boom!
Two more explosions followed suit. A fireball rose up into the air by at least 500 feet, lighting up its surroundings for miles.
Altair and Mizar were shaken.
The handful of people who hadn’t boarded the plane also looked back in shock.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Boom! Boom! Boom!
They heard three more whistling sounds above their heads.
Caesar looked up into the sky and clearly saw at least a dozen long distance missiles with their blue tails flying toward Everest Sect.
The following explosions went off like fireworks on New Year’s Eve. The entire sky was completely lit up.
Caesar was rooted in shock. He stared in the direction of Everest Sect in a daze.
This airport was built specifically for the sect’s upper management to use. It was very rarely used. Today was the exception. That was why the four heads were instructed to board the plane here.
However, Caesar still couldn’t register what just happened before his very eyes.
One of the heads shakily went up to Caesar and asked favonovel.com in a low voice, “S-Sir, has Everest sect just been bombed?”
