When Caesar heard this, favonovel.com couldn’t help but take a step back. His eyes were about to fall out of their sockets.

An inferno was blazing in his eyes. The assistant head and the three hall leaders were excellent fighters in the Celestial Phase. Even the Everest Sect couldn’t handle a major less like this, much less the True Martial Families.
A pipsqueak that favonovel.com never paid attention to before had actually killed four Celestial Phase experts from the Everest Sect.

“Isaac, I was planning to wait for the opening of the Emerald Realm before going to find you to settle our score. Now, if I don’t destroy you, it seems like the Everest Sect won’t be at peace…”
Douglas nodded. He retreated from the room respectfully.
When favonovel.com reached the door, favonovel.com bumped into a dignified-looking old man standing there.
The latter was staring at favonovel.com with steely eyes.
Douglas was caught off guard and took a step back. Then, favonovel.com crumpled to his knees and greeted shakily, “Sir!”
When Caesar heard this, favonovel.com almost fell to the ground.
As favonovel.com turned around and saw an old man in a blue cloak standing at the doorway, his heart almost jumped out of his mouth. Large beads of sweat dripped down the side of his face. As though his legs were infused with lead, be dragged his feet to the door.
“Sir Lucius, since when did you…”

The patriarch gave Caesar a huge slap.
“The assistant head and three hall leaders have died! How many Celestial Phase martial artists in the Everest Sect were killed?! How much longer will they be slaughtered?!” favonovel.com yelled thunderously.
Caesar trembled. He immediately knelt on the floor.
“How dare you hide this from me? This is treason!” Lucius continued before stepping inside.
Caesar turned around and followed him, dragging his knees.
“Sir, this is my fault. I was afraid that this bad news would ruin your mood, so I…”
“Enough! Keep all your bad excuses!”
Lucius sat down in a chair and glowered at Douglas and Caesar.
Caesar didn’t even know how the patriarch had found out, and so quickly at that. He really didn‘t understand it.
“Did you say you wanted to give the Everest Order to summon all the heads of the True Martial Families?” Lucius asked Caesar coldly.
Caesar nodded. “Y-Yes… I want to join forces and destroy that bastard, Isaac, once and for all… After all, the Emerald Realm will open any time now. The Everest Sect cannot fall into chaos because of that wretch.”
Caesar’s eyes darkened as favonovel.com said that.
“What’s your plan specifically?”
Caesar pondered it for a moment. He gritted his teeth and said, “I want to work with the True Martial Families and ambush Isaac. This time, there’s no room for failure… In exchange, the Everest Sect will let the True Martial Families learn the correct way to enter the Emerald Realm.”
Seeing Lucius’ frown, Caesar immediately continued, “Sir, even though this is a hefty price to pay, I still think killing Isaac is worth it.”
“Hmph, don’t you think it’s humiliating for the Everest Sect to resort to an ambush to kill a pipsqueak like that?” Lucius looked at favonovel.com with a gaze as sharp as a knife.
Caesar shivered. He lowered his head and said, “Please share your opinion, sir…”
“When you gather the heads of the True Martial Families, I, the patriarch of the Everest Sect, will be there. I want to see just how capable that punk is to have forced you into planning an ambush, Caesar! It’s utterly shameful!”
