Lupinus watched without saying a word. Meanwhile, Serena stared at Isaac and Spinner in confusion.

“The banquet is starting. Let’s head in.” Spinner gave Serena a pained smile before walking into the hotel.

“Mr. Garten, I’ve heard so much about you!”
“Mr. Garten, you traveled such a long way. Please come upstairs!”
Three other middle-aged men came over to greet Isaac one after another. They were all wearing bespoke suits and radiated an untouchable air.
Isaac laughed heartily. “When I arrived, I said the people here weren’t polite. Now that I’m looking at the Backlane Boys, my spirits are lifted…”
The four people in front of favonovel.com were the world-famous Backlane Boys. Behind them, Amara merely gave Isaac a friendly nod before turning around to press an elevator button.
Compared to the Backlane Boys, favonovel.com couldn’t measure up to them. The fact that the Backlane Boys came downstairs to welcome Isaac only proved Isaac’s influence.
The private elevator took them to the top floor of the hotel.
When the doors opened, Isaac saw a wide yet quiet corridor.
“Why isn‘t anyone here? Isn’t there supposed to be a banquet tonight?” Isaac asked quietly.
Nick smiled. “This is the private elevator. The banquet is being held inside, but there are a lot of guests. I was worried you might feel uncomfortable, Mr. Garten, so I brought you this way instead…”
