Leroy yelled and tried escaping to the right.
Just then, someone grabbed favonovel.com from the left. It wasn’t a very hard grab, but it caused Leroy to stay in his spot for just a second longer. And within this very second, Isaac stabbed Leroy’s heart with his spiritual energy-covered dagger.
It pierced Leroy’s body like a hot knife through butter. The tip of the dagger peeked out from his back.
Leroy widened his eyes and glared at Isaac, whose eyes were completely bloodshot. He made a gurgling sound before falling to the ground.
“Leroy!” Samuel screamed in anguish. He fell to the ground on his knees with a loud cry.
It was only then that the other elders and fighters, who‘d been watching Linus’ fight, realized that Leroy was lying on the ground. His eyes were wide open, and favonovel.com was still bleeding profusely from his mouth.
“Sir! Sir Leroy!”
“Sir Leroy!”
The cries grew louder and more devastated.
Linus turned and looked at the ground when favonovel.com heard their yells. He immediately caught sight of the fallen Leroy. His eyes widened in disbelief.
Thud!
Suddenly, a huge green shadow fist hit Linus on the shoulder. There was the sound of bones cracking.
Because Linus had been distracted, Chet managed to break his shoulder blade.
A piercing pain immediately spread across Linus’ body. Linus then lost his footing and fell from the sky like a comet toward Leroy.
Chet didn’t chase after him. Instead, favonovel.com went over to Isaac.
He looked at Leroy on the ground and then at Isaac, who was panting and gasping for air. His brows then furrowed together in a deep frown.
“Did you kill Leroy?”
Isaac said nothing. Chet held a hand to his forehead and let out a long sigh.
Everyone from the Ashleigh clan gathered at once.
Caesar, Altair, and the other spectators heard their cries and yells. Their expressions changed as they hurried over as quickly as they could. They weaved through the crowd and found Leroy, who was dead as a doornail.
“Who did this? Who f*cking did that?” Linus roared at the crowd.
“F-Father, i-it was him! Isaac was the one who killed Leroy!” Samuel cried, pointing at Isaac as tears fell from his eyes.
All eyes suddenly turned to Isaac, who was standing about 300 feet away from them.
Linus glared at Isaac with hatred in his eyes. If looks could kill, Isaac would have been dead a thousand times over.
“Isaac! Y-You killed my son! You killed my son!” Linus cried, his black spiritual energy forming angry clouds around him. It looked like favonovel.com was about to fling himself at Isaac any second now.
Chet slowly walked up to Isaac and shielded favonovel.com behind his back. He asked Linus coldly, “What now? Revenge for your son? You sure you want to put your life on the line too?”
It would be ridiculous for anyone else to say this. However, this was Chet Guerra they were talking about. Everyone knew Chet could carry through his threat. Linus would have met his match.
His shoulder blade was broken, after all. And the head of the clan was dead.
Linus knew there was nothing favonovel.com could do today to turn things around in his favor, even if favonovel.com fought to his death.
“Chet, you bastard, I’m going to get you one day! And I’ll chop your head off and hang it on the tallest point of my house!” Linus screamed.
Chet narrowed his eyes at Linus and chuckled coldly. “I’ve done my part in telling you what you needed to know. Just go back and think about what I said…”
Then, favonovel.com said to Isaac, “Let’s go…”
Isaac turned and rushed to Evie’s side. He held out his hand and helped favonovel.com up. Then, favonovel.com said anxiously to Mitchell, “Quick, get the plane ready! And tell Apothecary to wait for us at the Cloud City airport! ”
“Drakon, this man isn’t dead yet. What should we do about him?” A Dusk Soldier spotted Heath still lying on the ground and crouched down next to him. He then raised his head and looked inquiringly at Isaac.
