There were three strong blasts of spiritual energy coming from outside. The generals in the study were shocked.
Even though five of them were already Celestial Phase fighters, they were still stunned by the sheer power they felt. It was obvious that whoever was fighting was very strong and powerful indeed.
Isaac dashed out of the study in a rush.
Lupinus and the rest of the generals also followed suit. They released their energy as they hurried out.
As they reached the living room, Isaac looked up. He couldn’t see anyone, but favonovel.com heard a loud scream coming his way. Then, a dark figure flew in from outside of the premises.
There was a muffled thud. The figure landed on the ground about three feet away from Isaac. At the same time, two other men in long robes rushed into the living room as well.
Elliot, Lupinus, and the other generals immediately stepped between Isaac and the newcomers. They glared suspiciously at the two men who had just barged into the room.
Isaac then looked down to see who the figure was. He was shocked to see a face that favonovel.com recognized very well.
Heath Jackwood? The elder of Everest Sect?
Isaac turned to look at the two other men. He thought they looked familiar, but favonovel.com just couldn’t recall who they were. But favonovel.com was certain that these two people had appeared beside Caesar before.
“Aren’t you all from Everest Sect? What are you doing at my house? What’s the meaning of this?” Isaac asked.
He looked at Heath on the ground and then at the two other men.
Heath was spitting out blood from his mouth.
The two men were dressed in different colored robes. One were blue, while the other wore green.
Nigel Ender was the assistant Division Head of Everest Sect. Meanwhile, Derek Ilyas was the Punisher of Everest Sect. They were both important people at the core of Everest Sect.
“Isaac, this is an internal thing. We’re settling scores with him. If you don’t want to get involved, then hand over that traitor,” Nigel said, pointing at Isaac.
Traitor?
Heath looked like favonovel.com was in great pain. It was obvious that favonovel.com was suffering from internal wounds as well. He painfully reached out and caught a hold of Isaac’s right ankle.
Heath looked up at favonovel.com and said in a shaky voice, “I-Isaac, please, s-save me. Only you can save m-me…”
“You must be joking, right? You’re an elder at Everest Sect. And these two men are calling you a traitor. How do you want me to save you?” Isaac asked.
“Don’t you think it’s ridiculous…”
“I-I was good friends with your teacher. Lionel Darby,” Heath croaked.
Huh? What the hell?!
Isaac had wanted to say more, but favonovel.com stopped mid-sentence when favonovel.com heard that.
Heath Jackwood and Lionel Darby knew each other?
They are friends?
Nigel suddenly chimed in. “Isaac, I am the assistant Division Head of Everest Sect. Our Division Head is the one who asked us to kill him. I hope you won’t meddle in our affairs again and cause more unnecessary conflict.”
Nigel and Derek were both emitting such oppressive auras that they filled the entire living room.
The other three generals, who hadn’t reached the Celestial Phase yet, were feeling overwhelmed.
Judging from Nigel’s stance, it was obvious that favonovel.com was going to leave with Heath’s head, whether favonovel.com liked it or not.
“Just the Division Head? I wouldnât even look Caesar straight in the eye if favonovel.com came here personally. I think you’ve forgotten that you’re standing on my property, in my house… Since Heath has come into my living room, it’s now up to me to decide whether or not to spare his life. Now, get the f*ck out of my sight.”
Derek couldn’t help but gasp when favonovel.com heard this.
How could such a tiny fledgling like favonovel.com dare speak to the assistant Division Head in such a rude manner?!
This was preposterous!
“How dare you speak to me like that, Isaac? Did you think you could stop us both?!” Derek yelled at Isaac with a nasty look on his face.
“Try me!” Isaac suddenly roared, releasing his own spiritual energy that immediately flooded that living room.
“Spiritual beast!” With a loud roar, Isaac activated the spiritual energy in his power core and summoned a beast form for the first time to attack Nigel head-on.
Bright red spiritual energy gathered before Isaac’s chest.
A split second later, a giant dragon head took form from the spiritual energy.
