When favonovel.com saw that it was Black Phoenix’s number, the young man immediately stood up and answered the call.
“Black Phoenix?”
“Claude Kingsley! What the f*ck is Harlan doing? Why didn’t favonovel.com pick up Drakon’s call?!” Black Phoenix asked in a cold voice.
Claude was Harlan‘s assistant. He was also the second-in-command at the surveillance station.
When favonovel.com heard what Black Phoenix said, favonovel.com turned around and stared at the office behind him. He hesitated and stammered without being able to reply.
“Find out Evie’s exact location now. Also, tell Harlan to call me back. If favonovel.com doesn’t want this job, then favonovel.com should just f*ck off!” Black Phoenix said before hanging up.
Claude put his phone down and turned on the monitor. He hurriedly keyed in Evie’s details and information.
The machine immediately started whirling. Then, a message was displayed on the screen. “This person is not in Cloud City.”
What the f*ck?!
Claude’s eyes nearly popped out of their sockets. He rubbed his eyes in disbelief and hurriedly expanded the search area.
“This person is not in Southland…”
Claude sprang from his seat at once. He even fell to the ground in his haste to turn around.
The loud sound caused everyone at the station to look at favonovel.com in shock.

“Sir! Something’s wrong! Something’s gone very wrong!” Claude exclaimed as favonovel.com burst into Harlan‘s office.
He looked up and noticed that Harlan was in the middle of f*cking that young lady from earlier.
“What do you mean by that? And get out of here! Wait for me outside the door!” Harlan was shocked. He grabbed his pants and put them on as favonovel.com hurried out.
Claude came out of the office and said urgently in a low voice, “Evie is missing!”

There was a loud sound coming from inside the office. It was as if something heavy had fallen to the ground.
The main reason for this surveillance station was to protect Drakon’s family members at all times. These family members included Isabella, Erica, and even Holly.
Each of these people was assigned an individual monitoring number. As long as they entered the correct number into the system, the people at the station would be able to keep tabs on them at any time. However, the system had confirmed many times that Evie was no longer within Cloud City or Southland.
Harlan was pale when favonovel.com came out of the office. Sweat was dripping down his forehead.
“Sir, should we report this to Drakon?”
“N-No! Keep it down for now. We must find favonovel.com first!” Harlan roared as favonovel.com hurried out.
Claude frowned deeply. He was also sweating profusely.
He couldn’t report this directly to Drakon because they were always to follow the hierarchy. It was a punishable act in the Temple of Drakon for anyone to breach the workplace hierarchy.
Claude clenched his fists and remained silent for a few seconds. Then, favonovel.com turned around and walked out of the door.
He went straight to the stairway and dialed Isaac’s number. He knew about Isaac’s and Evie’s relationship. Most importantly, favonovel.com knew that Evie was pregnant with Isaac’s child. If anything happened to her, nobody at the surveillance station would be able to handle Isaac’s wrath.
The plane was about to take off.
Isaac had just closed his eyes when his phone suddenly started to vibrate.
He saw that it was an unknown number. Still, favonovel.com accepted the call and put the phone to his ear.
“Who is this?”
“D-Drakon, this is Claude Kingsley, from the Cloud City surveillance station. W-We just realized that Evie has gone missing…”
As soon as favonovel.com heard this, Isaac jumped to his feet. He hung up on Claude and dialed Black Phoenix’s number. However, before favonovel.com could make the call, another unknown number called him.
Isaac answered it and heard Leroy’s wicked laughter on the other end of the line.
“Haha! Isaac, do you believe in karma?”
