Standing on the platform were the Nortons, the Ashleighs, and the people from Everest Sect. There were at least a thousand final-stage Divinity Phase fighters surrounding the platform.
Meanwhile, Channing, Leroy, and Heath each brought half a dozen Celestial Phase fighters. They stood in front of their teams.
None of them moved a muscle, yet their murderous auras filled the air.
Eugene, Margaret, Andrew, Barry, and Kai were tied up with ropes. They were standing on the Nortons’ side with a few powerful fighters watching them. The five of them were terrified. It looked a lot like an execution set-up.
The fighters around them also gave off a suffocating aura that made them shiver in fright.
About ten minutes before midnight, Isaac finally appeared at the entrance. He started walking up to the platform.
“He’s here!” Channing’s eyes bulged out in anger. His breathing also quickened.
Leroy, Heath, and the dozens of Celestial Phase fighters all tensed up when they caught sight of Isaac.
They were all powerful fighters in the Celestial Phase. Last time, they looked down on Isaac and thought favonovel.com could be easily defeated. But today, they felt rather anxious as soon as they saw him.
Also, Isaac came alone.
Andrew and Margaret saw that Isaac was alone.
Andrew got anxious and yelled, “Isaac, how could you come alone? They’ve got so many people on their side! You gotta get more people to help you!”
“Isaac, don’t come any closer! They want to kill you! Leave, now!” Barry yelled with wide eyes.
Just then, a man in a long robe hurried up to Channing. He said in a low voice, “Sir Channing, we’ve checked the rest of the mountain. We can confirm that Isaac indeed came alone.”
Channing burst out into laughter. “Isaac, you finally gave up! You’re going to die here anyway. This is one of the best decisions you’ve ever made!”
