Leroy, the elders, and the others felt their hearts stop. They got up and looked over. They also began to channel their spiritual energy.
The thousand or so clan members also stood up.
When they turned their heads, they saw Isaac and Todd, who was wielding a butcher’s knife, striding in together with 500 Dusk Soldiers.
Leroy’s eyes widened. His body exuded murderous energy. Around him, the elders and the other leaders wore ferocious expressions.
“Isaac, you came here instead of waiting at home to die. It seems like you really want to die.” Leroy pointed at Isaac as spiritual energy rolled off of favonovel.com in waves.
“Who would be foolish enough to sit at home and wait to die? I’m sure you wouldn’t either, Sir Leroy. Don’t worry. I don’t want to interrupt your banquet. I just want to get the other half of the thousand-year-old rhizome that the Ashleigh clan owes me…”
Isaac walked toward the few tables closest to the entrance.
Some of the Ashleigh clan members were frightened by Isaac’s and Todd’s terrifying auras and staggered backward.
There was a rule at the banquet, the stronger and higher-ranked people sat closer to the front.
Those at the back were mostly young people in the early stage of the Renascence Phase or even the Amalgamation Phase. They couldn’t endure Isaac’s and Todd’s overwhelming aura.
Then, heavy and rushed footsteps sounded on both sides, and two powerful bursts of spiritual energy suddenly surged inward.
Elliot and Lupinus rushed in from the left and right. Behind them were a thousand Dusk Soldiers.

Another two roars filled with spiritual energy came from either side of Isaac.
Most of the Ashleigh clan members were astonished.
Mitchell and Lucas appeared beside Lupinus and Elliot. There were now six Celestial Phase martial artists surrounding the entire Ashleigh clan.
The first elder’s expression was very dark. Besides their patriarch, they only had eight martial artists in the Celestial Phase or higher. After Asher died, there were only seven left.
So now, they couldn’t say that Isaac was walking to his own death!
