Lefou frowned. His eyes quivered slightly. He didn’t think that Isaac would see through his plans so easily.
He didn’t let Gideon handle this matter because favonovel.com wanted to bring Isaac and Oberon back to Pecling with favonovel.com at once. Then, favonovel.com would get rid of them somehow or other. After all, favonovel.com could never allow his past scandals to come to light.
Lefou inhaled deeply and scanned around the room with a nasty look on his face. “I am the second-in-command at the law enforcement HQ! What can a mere Southland Commander-in-Chief do to me? Do you not know what will happen if you overstep your boundaries?”
Lefou was glaring straight at Soren. After all, favonovel.com ranked higher than him.

There was also a hint of threat in it. Lefou’s murderous aura appeared again. He shouted back, “If I don’t, what the f*ck are you gonna do about it?”
Isaac then raised his hand and slapped Lefou hard on the cheek.

Gideon and Oberon were both shocked beyond belief. Lefou was the second-in-command at their HQ, for crying out loud!
Lefou held his cheek and glared at Isaac. He pointed at Isaac and cried, “H-How dare you hit me!”

“Do you not know what kind of person Ginge Copper is? And how many people he’s cheated out of their money?”

Isaac slapped Lefou for the third time before warning, “If you don’t get Ginge Copper here by tonight, I will f*cking slap you to death… If I can kill Rodrick Shaffer’s son, then I can also kill you…”
