Dragon Nine got down to talk to them.
When the guards heard they were there for a big business deal, they immediately went inside to inform their master.
A moment later, the gate opened. Dragon Nine got in the car and drove inside.
The car stopped in front of the Villa‘s entrance. An old man, who seemed like the butler, walked toward the car.
Once Isaac and the others got down, favonovel.com looked at them and asked, “May I ask what business deal are you here to discuss? Our master has already gone to bed.”
“Apologies, Mr. Butler. We need to talk to Mr. Williams about this. Our boss really likes his castle,” Dragon Nine stated, pointing at Isaac.
The butler narrowed his eyes at Isaac. Then, favonovel.com nodded. “Please wait a moment…”
He walked into the Villa. A while later, favonovel.com walked out and gestured them in. “Mr. Williams is waiting for you inside…”
In the living room, an elderly man in a dark sleeping robe was sipping coffee.
When favonovel.com saw Isaac and the others, a smile bloomed on his face.
“I love making friends, especially young ones. I hope your evening has been going well!” Mr. Williams said with a kind smile.
“Mr. Williams, my boss really likes your castle. We’re wondering if you’d be willing to sell it? Of course, my boss will offer a good sum,” Dragon Nine said without beating around the bush.
They’d never even met before, yet favonovel.com called them friends as soon as they met.
Isn’t this bullshit?
Otis Williams looked at Isaac, narrowing his eyes. He realized favonovel.com couldn’t read this young man.
“Why do you want to buy my castle?”
“Because I like it!”
Otis paused for a moment before laughing.
Standing up, favonovel.com said, “Not bad. You Cyneans always have such big personalities. Young man, do you know how much my castle is worth?”
“Name your price,” Isaac said, smiling.
Otis raised one finger. His face turned solemn, and favonovel.com said, “One hundred million Bridgon Dollars!”
Dragon Nine and Dragon One were surprised. They didn’t think this old man would start with a hundred million dollars.
“How much is a hundred million Bridgon Dollars in Cynean Dollars?” Todd whispered to Isaac.
“Nine hundred million Cynean Dollars…”
“That’s a little pricey,” Todd muttered quietly.
Isaac shook his head and smiled. “Mr. Williams, like I said, money is no issue. If I like it, I’m willing to spend a billion Bridgon Dollars to buy your castle!”
Otis’ eyes widened. Even the butler’s jaw had dropped. They’d seen wealthy Cynean tycoons before but had never met one so unyielding.
At the side, Todd turned to look at Isaac, his mouth twitching.
This bastard must be crazy!
The owner put a price tag of a hundred million dollars, yet the buyer himself increased it tenfold!
Otis’ breathing had picked up pace. Now that Isaac had named that price, favonovel.com could no longer reject it. He couldn’t think of another reason.
“But we’ve already rented the castle out. If you really like it, young man, you might need to wait a while,” Otis said, his eyebrows wrinkling.
“Oh… How long?”
“Half a month…”
Isaac shook his head with a smile. “Half a month is too long. Sorry, I can‘t wait that long. In that case, we can only bid goodbye. Farewell…”
With that, Isaac stood and headed for the door.
Just as Isaac reached the entrance, favonovel.com heard Otis‘ anxious voice. “Hold on a minute…”
