Isaac wasn’t the only one shocked. Even Todd was stunned. His eyes turned serious as favonovel.com stared at the cloaked man.
More black energies gathered above the cloaked man’s head.
Todd could sense that these black energies didn’t bear any murderous intent. He could vaguely hear cries and screams coming from them.
Are these black energies actually souls of the dead?
Just then, the massive cloud of black energy formed into a giant human figure about 30 feet tall. It had arms, legs, and a head.
“Nobody can stop me today, not even Chet Guerra himself! Now, die!” the cloaked man cried and threw his arms forward. The giant human figure screamed loudly and marched toward Todd.
Todd narrowed his eyes as the giant figure rushed toward him. His skin started to prickle, and his surroundings got colder as the figure approached him.
“F*ck off!” Todd roared and threw out three fists, one after another.
The three fists turned into three tiger heads that ran toward the giant figure.
Boom! Thud! Crash!
However, the giant black figure absorbed the tiger heads as soon as they met. The figure seemed unharmed.
“Haha! So what if you’re in the Infinity Phase? My Dead Puppet doesn’t die and is invincible. It’s not afraid of your spiritual attacks at all!” The cloaked man started cackling like a maniac.
A Dead Puppet?
This was the first time Todd had ever heard of such a thing. It sounded too cursed to be true.
“You monster! I‘m going to destroy you!”
Then, a plump figure suddenly rushed toward the group with a loud roar.
It was Denvor!
Denvor reached into his bag and drew out a bunch of yellow talismans. He then muttered something under his breath and flung the talismans into the air. The yellow talismans shone like gold as they attached themselves to the Dead Puppet
Each talisman caused a tiny explosion in the Dead Puppet’s body. The black figure was instantly covered in many holes as big as basketballs.
The crying and screaming of the souls in the Dead Puppet’s body grew louder. Even the birds in the trees were all scared off.
“Someone from the Schoenus Sect?” The cloaked man saw Denvor rushing over. His eyes shone frostily.
“I knew all along that you were a bad egg! Luckily, Isaac sent me a message in time. I’m going to destroy you on behalf of the Schoenus Sect!” Denvor yelled.
On the way to the graveyard earlier, Isaac believed the killer could tell the future. He remembered Esmerelda’s spells that allowed favonovel.com to peek into the future. So, favonovel.com sent Denvor a message.
His hunch was correct!
“You f*cking bumpkin, tell your sect leader to see me instead,” the cloaked man said. “Kill him!”
The giant Dead Puppet started going berserk and began hurling fists at Denvor.
Denvor saw the black fists shot at favonovel.com and said, “I’ve never been able to stand the sight of evil beings like you. I’ll show you what it‘s like to be defeated by me!”
He then reached into his bag and took out a black talisman. The talisman was actually soaked in the blood of a black dog until it turned completely black.
Denvor then muttered a spell and threw the black talisman at the huge fists headed toward him. “Be gone, evil spirits!”
Boom!
Thunder could be heard when the talisman collided with the Dead Puppet’s head.
Crack!
A sudden bolt of lightning then struck the Dead Puppet in the head.
