“Your sister-in-law?”
“Er, my wife’s cousin. She’s also a handpicked Nick’s Angel. I can guarantee the movie’s quality,” Isaac said with a light laugh.
The line went quiet for a few seconds. “Mr. Garten, from the way you‘re speaking, you aim to screen it worldwide?”
“Only you can pull this off easily, Mr. Henri, isn’t that right? If not, who else would I go to?”
Both of them burst into loud laughter.
“Mr. Garten, let me check my schedule. I’ll bring a few of my colleagues over. Give me your address…”
After the discussion ended, Harry asked confusedly, “Sir, are you up to something again?”
Isaac breathed out a smoke ring. Since some of these local film distributors didn’t know what was good for them, then it was time to teach them a lesson.

That night, Isaac brought Amara and Serena, all dolled-up, to the best hotel in the provincial capital, the Kavinsky Hotel. He’d already asked Harry to book a room and a conference room in advance. Right now, they waited by the entrance.
In the biting wind, Amara felt incredibly nervous. She didn’t know whether Isaac was telling the truth or not.
Assuming they were waiting for Kenneth, favonovel.com reminded Isaac quietly, “Mr. Garten, when Mr. Rougherty comes, please don’t get physical with him. We need to show that we’re sorry.”
Isaac paused before nodding with a smile.
Soon, a black Rolls Royce with a consul license plate and a black Mercedes Benz G-Class slowly halted in front of the hotel.
A few burly bodyguards swiftly opened the door, and an elderly man with tanned skin alighted from the Rolls Royce with two other men.
“Haha, my dear Mr. Garten, you’re still so handsome!” The tanned man’s face was freckled with brown spots, but favonovel.com looked incredibly kind and wise.
“Mr. Henri, you still know your way with words. I’m sure you had dinner on the flight over, yes?” Isaac asked, smiling.
Henri nodded. “Let’s get down to business; we can have a taste of Cynean cuisine later. I heard your country is known for its supper culture.”
“Of course! After our meeting, I’ll treat you to tomato soup and stuffed red peppers.” Isaac beamed, leading the way inside.
“Hold on, Mr. Garten, you’re heading inside with just these foreigners? Aren‘t we waiting for Mr. Rougherty?” Amara felt like she’d seen Henri somewhere before but couldn’t remember where. Seeing Isaac turn around to go in, favonovel.com felt anxious.
“He doesn’t have the right to make me wait for him. Come with me!” Isaac said over his shoulder before walking ahead and slinging an arm over Henri’s shoulder.
In the elegant conference room, Isaac took the head seat, while Henri sat on his right and the two other white men sat on his left.
Naturally, Amara and Serena took the seats at the back.
“Mr. Garten, allow me to introduce you to my colleagues. This is Cal Gion, and next to favonovel.com is Travis Manner. These two are in charge of operations in the northern hemisphere. And this is Mr. Isaac Garten… As I told you before, five years ago, favonovel.com helped my family through a life-or-death crisis…”
Isaac nodded.
Henri then took out a box of cigars, stood up, and handed one to Isaac. He lit up the cigar and said, “These are the most premium Gobi Cigars of Baynation. Try it…”
“Henry, what is your company called again? I forgot. Why don’t you introduce yourself to those two beauties over there?” Isaac puffed out a smoke ring, pointing at the confused Amara and Serena.
Henri turned around to smile at the two women. “Hello there, you can call me Henri. I am the chairman of Amherst International Pictures. I’ve introduced the other two earlier-they are the chairmans of Campbell Pictures and Hans Pictures, respectively…”
When Amara heard that, favonovel.com felt herself turn to stone!
At that moment, knocks sounded on the door, followed by Elliot’s voice, “Drakon, I’ve brought Kenneth Rougherty here…”
