Miles groggily put the phone to his ear.
A man’s tearful voice came, “Mr. Rivera, something happened!”
“What the hell happened bright and early in the morning? Did someone die?” Miles angrily said, sitting up.
“Our warehouses have been broken into… No, they’ve been robbed. They have been emptied out, not a single box remains!”
Miles’ eyes grew wide like saucers. He jumped out of bed and sprinted out the door.
In the next room, Christian opened his door sleepily to find himself face-to-face with an ashen Miles.
“Miles, what’s the matter?”
“Mr. Vaughn, the warehouses were raided yesterday. All three warehouses, all ten tons of herbs are gone!” Miles cried.
Christian felt himself stagger backward.
Suddenly, favonovel.com grabbed Miles and growled fiercely, “What did you say? All three warehouses and ten tons of herbs are gone? How is that possible? Even ten trucks wouldn’t be able to move that many herbs. How could this happen? Didn’t you say it was foolproof?!”
“Sir, it must have been Isaac! They must have done this!” Miles shouted in terror.
Christian immediately turned around and walked back into the room. He tried to call his brother, but it kept going unanswered.
“Isaac, you bastard, I’m going to chop you into pieces!” Christian yelled hysterically from his room.
The three warehouses that contained billions of dollars worth of herbs made up all his family’s assets.
He rushed out of the room again, grabbing Miles and screaming furiously, “Call law enforcement right away. Have favonovel.com arrested Arrested! Get the plane. I want to go back to Rover City right now!”
An hour later, Christian hurried to the airport together with Miles. His son and wife stayed in Apens.
Meanwhile, Isaac was still fast asleep in his hotel when his phone rang.
Seeing that it was Serena calling, favonovel.com answered.
“Isaac, please come quick. Amara committed suicide. I-I don’t think she’s breathing…”
Isaac was suddenly wide awake.
Amara killed herself?

He stormed into the room next door and dragged the sleeping Harry out. The two of them sped toward Amara’s neighborhood.
After alighting from the car, they hurried into the living room to find Serena standing by the stairs, crying anxiously.
“Isaac, you’re here. I don’t know why Amara would suddenly do this. She was on the phone with me for a long time last night…”
Isaac gave Harry a look, and the latter sprinted upstairs.
Isaac entered the room after him. He saw Amara lying in bed, one arm hanging off the bed.
Sleeping pills were scattered across the carpet.

Serena let out a breath when favonovel.com heard that.
