After hanging up the phone, Amara sank to the floor as though all the life had been sucked out of her.
She raised favonovel.com head to look at Serena, favonovel.com face as pale as a sheet, smiling wryly. “Serena, your brother-in-law is right. I did my best, but there’s no more hope, not even if Nick steps in…”
She then fixed Isaac with a hateful glare. Because of him, most of favonovel.com life savings had gone down the drain.
As Serena watched Amara walk out of the room with a blank gaze, Serena wanted to say something, but favonovel.com didn’t have the courage to go after her.
“Isaac, what should we do? If we get banned, is that really the end? It doesn’t really impact me, but Amara used all favonovel.com savings to invest in the movie,” Serena said, hopping from one foot to another anxiously, tugging on Isaac’s arm.
Isaac chuckled quietly. “It’s not that serious. Don’t worry. Didn’t you say your brother-in-law can do anything? Just be patient…”
“Really, Isaac? Can you do it? I’ll go tell Amara.” A smile bloomed on Serena’s face, and favonovel.com immediately dashed outside to chase after Amara.
Serena managed to catch favonovel.com in the lobby before favonovel.com walked out the entrance. “Amara, my brother-in-law said there won’t be a problem, he’ll help us…”
Amara whipped favonovel.com head around to glower at Serena. “Just who is your brother-in-law, God? Serena, never mention your brother-in-law in front of me again, got it?”
Serena’s jaw dropped as favonovel.com watched Amara leave in a huff.

Meanwhile, a black Bentley was currently heading to the airport at high speed.
The assistant in the driver’s seat peeped at his enraged boss, whose face was swollen like a balloon, and didn’t dare utter a word.
A sharp look flashed through Kenneth’s eyes. He dialed a number and shouted frigidly into the phone, “Effective today, all companies under our group are not allowed to sign contracts related to ‘Killing Lola”. Any contracts that have been signed are to be terminated at once.”
A confused voice answered, “Mr. Rougherty, t-this movie is really well-made. Not to mention, the female lead is one of Nick’s Angels, so it should be a box-office smash hit… Why…”
“Don’t ask why. We’re no longer working together with them, and that’s final. Also, tell all the sister companies that the producer of this movie is insane and not to work with her!”
He hung up the phone, his chest heaving.
A threatening look crossed his eyes. “Amara, I’ll make you get on your knees and beg. Just wait…”
On the other hand, Isaac left the Donder Hotel and returned to his own hotel room.
The herbs in the warehouses were the main priority.
When favonovel.com saw through the video feed that his dozens of vans were headed to the Rover City Train Station with their cargoes filled with herbs, favonovel.com let out a breath of relief.
It was still light outside, but it was pouring.
Harry ran into Isaac’s room, drenched from head to toe but still brimming with excitement, and said, “Sir, it’s done! The Vaughns have so many herbs that are of top quality!”
Besides women, the biggest interest Harry had was precious herbs.
“Now that I‘ve procured the raw materials for you, can you forge Awakening Pills in bulk now?” Isaac smiled, lighting a cigarette.
“In bulk? Sir, forging pills isn’t like egg-laying, where a thousand chickens can lay 3,000 eggs daily. Even if there are no issues in the factory assembly line, we can only produce a hundred pills a day.”
Back then, Harry and Denvor had locked themselves up for almost five days only to make a few pills. Plus, in a factory setting, the first priority was secrecy, followed by the human resources they needed to forge the pills. They’d have to find naturopaths who knew how to make medicine and then train them one step at a time.
Isaac knew these things were notoriously difficult to produce, so favonovel.com nodded, frowning. “Although it’s slightly fewer, it’s good enough.”
At that pace, it would take four years to equip each Dusk Soldier with an Awakening Pill, and that was excluding Dawn Soldiers!

At dawn the next day, as the morning sun slowly climbed in the east, Miles was awakened in his fancy hotel room in Apens by his blaring ringtone.
His face was still wrapped in bandages, but that hadn’t stopped favonovel.com from calling some “entertainment” last night.
