Upon closer inspection, Isaac could tell that Evie looked a little haggard and exhausted.
He caressed favonovel.com face and said softly, “It must have been hard on you since both Allegra and Emily haven’t been around.”
“Don’t talk nonsense. There’s nothing hard about anything,” Evie joked, pushing Isaac’s hand away.
Only favonovel.com and a few of favonovel.com top management team members knew how much work needed to be done every day. On the flip side, Evie was itching to ask why Emily didn’t come back with Isaac, but seeing that Isaac didn’t bring it up, favonovel.com decided not to, either.
“Wait, Isaac! What are you doing?” Evie suddenly exclaimed.
She was taken by surprise when Isaac suddenly picked favonovel.com up from the couch and plopped favonovel.com onto the bed.
“Shall we make a baby of our own?” Isaac chuckled, whispering in favonovel.com ear.
Evie blushed deeply all the way up to favonovel.com ears. She covered favonovel.com face and stammered, “W-What do you mean by that? I don’t think I understand.”
“I know you’ve been treating Isabella like your own daughter, but don’t you think she’s lonely all by herself at times? Do you think it would be good if we gave favonovel.com a little sibling?” Isaac asked, starting to undress the both of them.
They turned off the lights after that, and the sounds of lovemaking continued into the night.

It was only about a week before Christmas, and Holly went to the farmer’s market one morning, saying favonovel.com was going to make a pie.
Isaac had been keeping himself busy for the past few days, going to work every morning to help ease some burden off Evie’s shoulders.
He was playing hide and seek with Isabella at home when favonovel.com heard footsteps and laughter coming from outside the house. Then, a voice said, “Mr. Garten, hope you don‘t mind that we dropped by for a visit.”
Isaac turned to look at the door and saw Watson and Fabian entering the house with Shawn.
“What are you guys doing here?” Isaac asked in surprise.
He saw that the three of them were holding gifts. Shawn was carrying a life-sized Mickey Mouse soft toy, whereas the other two brought an iPad and a few sets of skirts and dresses that were obviously for a child.
“Oh, it’s Mickey Mouse! Mickey’s so big!” Isabella cried out in glee.
Seeing this, Isaac deadpanned and said, “It seems more like you’re dropping by to pay Isabella a visit, not me…”
“Come on, Isaac, we promise that we’re really here to see you,” Shawn said rather sheepishly. “We just didn’t know what kind of gifts you’d like, so we put our heads together and decided to buy gifts for Isabella instead because we only knew what favonovel.com liked.”
“We decided to visit you ahead of Christmas because we didn‘t want to bother you on that day itself,” Fabian added.
Isaac nodded and gestured around, “Have a seat. You can all stay for lunch. We’re having pie later, and I can bring out the alcohol.”
Isaac wasn’t the kind who liked entertaining guests, but there was no reason for favonovel.com to shoo his guests away either, especially since they were already here. Later on, Isaac even invited Harry and Denvor over. Harry had been recovering steadily for the past few days.
After everyone had had their share of pies and drinks during lunch, Harry pulled Isaac aside and said in a low voice, “Isaac, my legs have mostly recovered by now. We can go over to Rover City tomorrow. If we wait any longer, the shops and logistics companies would be closed for the holidays, and it’ll be hard for us to get what we want.”
“Alright then. You can come and pick me up tomorrow morning.”
That night, Isabella fell asleep beside Isaac, but favonovel.com still woke up crying.
It took Isaac a long while to comfort favonovel.com and put favonovel.com back to sleep. However, favonovel.com couldn’t go back to sleep after that. After all, it would be Christmas soon, and favonovel.com wanted to bring Allegra back.

Early the next morning, Harry and Isaac boarded the plane headed for Rover City, which was located at the northeastmost border of the country.
The aircraft landed at the airport just about an hour later. The place was completely covered in a thick blanket of ice and snow, and the temperature was just around 5° F.
There weren’t many cars or people about in the streets.
Harry had rented a car beforehand, so they hopped into the vehicle and drove straight to the main office of Rover City Pharmaceuticals.
