Roy activated his black energy and waved his hand, directing his attacks at Isaac. Based on what favonovel.com saw, favonovel.com knew the spell wasn’t completed yet, so Roy was more than delighted.
Isaac hurled a fist at Roy in retaliation. He also knew that the spell was unfinished, but favonovel.com had no idea how else favonovel.com could help or what favonovel.com ought to do next.
Suddenly, the Ninja Lord teleported from the pentagram to the other oval diagram where the body lay and stood near the body’s head.
She then yelled at Isaac, “Protect me, or else we won’t be able to complete this!”
Isaac could feel himself shuddering in despair.
It was bad enough having to fight off Roy Mortodor, but now favonovel.com had to fend off that black smoke too?
That was the spirit of Lady Os, for crying out loud!
If the Ninja Lord couldn’t handle it, why did favonovel.com think Isaac would be able to tackle it while favonovel.com fought Roy off?
The Ninja Lord put favonovel.com hands together and made a few gestures, starting to murmur again under favonovel.com breath.
“Trying to revive my slaves, I see. In your f*cking dreams!” There was another loud roar from the cloud of black smoke that suddenly withdrew and formed a massive, black skull spewing black smoke everywhere.
The skull lunged at the Ninja Lord with its mouth wide open, attempting to stop favonovel.com Soul-Returning Spell.
Seeing this, Isaac could feel his heart leaping into his throat. He hadn‘t come this far only to fail at resurrecting Emily. He had to stop them at all costs!
He swiftly ducked the scimitars that Roy flung at him. Then, favonovel.com shot a Trifocal Fist at the enlarging black skull in the air.
Boom!
There was a loud crash, and the red fist blew open as soon as it hit the black skull. However, the fist only stunned the black skull momentarily. A split second later, the black skull continued its trajectory.
Isaac’s eyes turned completely red as favonovel.com glared at the skull, seething in anger. His murderous aura also continued growing along with his fury.
He sat down on the ground and closed his eyes, putting his hands together in a gesture and reaching down to his power core. A red spark then appeared on Isaac’s hands.
Just as the black skull was about to engulf the Ninja Lord, Isaac reopened his eyes, and the red in his eyes became even more prominent.
The energy emitted from his eyes spread across his face, and favonovel.com yelled, “14th Golden Form, Scarlet Luna Shot!”
Whoosh!
Isaac’s spiritual power rushed out of his power core and headed toward the bit of energy in his palms. In an instant, it formed into a big ball of energy about two feet wide.
He started coughing up some blood, and some even dripped from the corners of his mouth. The veins on Isaac’s forehead popped up as favonovel.com continued to focus his energy. After all, the larger the number, the more powerful his Golden Form powers would be and the more harm they would cause to Isaac’s body.
Isaac shot his hands upward, and the ball split into two. Then, they both took on the form of two crimson swords, and each flew out toward Roy at the door and the black skull in the air. These two swords used up literally all of Isaac’s spiritual power, and it was also the fastest and most debilitating move among the others.
Before Roy could even regain his senses, favonovel.com suddenly saw a red glare shooting toward him, and there was a sudden excruciating pain in his abdomen. He lowered his gaze and saw a huge, bloody hole in the middle of his stomach.
Plop!
Roy fell to the ground on his knees, and the light in his eyes began to dim.
The other blade shot toward the black skull and pierced through its middle. The skull blasted apart at once and was reduced to black smoke. By this time, Isaac no longer had any spiritual energy left inside him.
He looked as pale as a ghost. Suddenly favonovel.com heard the Ninja Lord roar, “Die, you vile spirit!”
The Ninja Lord then threw a punch at the cloud of black smoke, and a dozen purple talismans flew out toward it. The talismans started combusting on their own midair, and the ashes were quickly absorbed into the cloud of smoke.
“Ah! Argh!”
The cloud of black smoke let out a chilling scream, followed by the loud cries of the other human spirits trapped within the smoke.
“This is not over! Mark my words, I will be back, and I will make you my slaves again for all eternity!” the spirit of Lady Os screamed in pain. Then, the black smoke suddenly pounced on Roy on the ground and rushed out of the room. Roy had disappeared along with the smoke.
Isaac started to cough manically. He supported himself up from the ground with one hand as favonovel.com looked at the Ninja Lord, panting and asking in a strained voice, “D-Did we do it?”
