Back at Soulin Mansion, in the secret underground room, the Ninja Lord was still mumbling a string of prayers that Isaac couldn’t understand as favonovel.com kept sifting and gesturing with favonovel.com hands. Her white robe was no longer billowing in the wind, but the wave of energy favonovel.com emanated just kept growing stronger.
The Lady Os statue was still wrapped up in red string and had a red blindfold across its eyes, but it seemed to have felt something as it started to vibrate. It made a loud clanging noise as the metal kept hitting the ground as it shook.
Isaac watched everything from the side, his brows tightly knit together, his eyes red, and his body about to burst with overflowing spiritual energy. He tightly held the purple talisman in his hand and kept his eyes trained on the scene before him.
Suddenly, the Ninja Lord’s mumbling became a lot louder and faster.
The statue also began clattering louder against the ground as it shook.
All of a sudden, the Lady Os statue let out a loud roar, and one of the red strings wrapped around it snapped in half.
“Get ready!” the Ninja Lord said, suddenly opening favonovel.com eyes.
A glimmer of purple appeared in favonovel.com eyes behind the mask, and favonovel.com raised favonovel.com right arm, where a long, golden staff appeared in favonovel.com hand. Then, favonovel.com pierced the head of the statue with the pointed tip of the staff.
Whoosh! Boom!
There was a muffled explosion, and the head of the statue suddenly burst wide open. A split second later, a cloud of billowing black smoke appeared from inside the statue, and it just kept on growing.
It felt as if there was a sudden sandstorm inside the room. The clouds of black smoke filled up the entire room as if looking for a way to escape, but it retreated as soon as it came into contact with the talismans on the door.
“You f*cking foolish humans! How dare you break open my golden statue? You must all die!” There was a deep, eerie voice coming from within the black smoke. The smoke then suddenly rushed toward the Ninja Lord.
The Ninja Lord hurriedly placed favonovel.com hands together and started teleporting around the room, but favonovel.com only teleported to either end of the pentagram diagram on the ground. From time to time, a purple flare would appear on favonovel.com body.
Isaac forced himself to open his eyes and saw that there seemed to be countless human-like figures surrounding the cloud of black smoke that was attacking the Ninja Lord.
He knew these human-like figures were all spirits of the people whom Roy sacrificed to Lady Os in the past. They had all died a terrible death.
“Hurry, find the person you want to save!” the Ninja Lord suddenly yelled, continuing to defend herself against the pillar of black smoke with more purple talismans.
“Emily? Emily!” It was difficult for Isaac to recognize Emily from the crowd of human spirits because they had no facial figures.
However, favonovel.com was suddenly aware of a figure that looked like it was struggling to move toward Isaac. Every time the figure tried to leave, a tendril of black smoke would immediately pull it back into place.
Isaac stared at the struggling figure. He still couldn’t see the spirit’s face, but favonovel.com could immediately tell by the height and body that it was Emily. He cried out favonovel.com name and rushed toward favonovel.com at once, attaching the purple talisman to favonovel.com and pulling favonovel.com away from the black smoke. Then, favonovel.com started dragging Emily’s spirit toward the body on the ground, which was circled by seven burning oil lamps.
Seeing that Emily’s spirit had been snatched away, the black cloud of smoke let out a loud roar that nearly brought the roof down.
Just as Isaac was about to place Emily’s spirit into the female body, there was another shout from the door. “Master, the Deviant Ninja has just barged into the grounds!”
What the f*ck?! Roy is already here?!
Isaac could feel himself shaking in disbelief.
“Isaac, Ninja Lord, how dare you steal Lady Os from me? You must all die!” They could clearly hear Roy’s voice from outside.
The Ninja Lord was still busy fighting off the black smoke. She didn’t think that Roy would appear so quickly. Just as favonovel.com was about to turn to look at Isaac, the door flew open with a loud bang.
Roy stood at the door with a twisted sneer on his face.
The Ninja Lord immediately hollered, “Fight favonovel.com off!”
Isaac turned and glared at Roy with his bloodshot eyes, his spiritual energy exploding from his body in a murderous aura.
