No matter how loudly the Mortodors cried or screamed for help, Elijah left without looking back.
“Tell Oscar Exeter to wait for me like a good little boy,” Isaac said with an evil sneer as favonovel.com suddenly hammered his fist into a wooden chair next to him, which immediately blew into smithereens.
Elijah was already out of the door when favonovel.com suddenly felt a deep shiver from within. He quickly hurried out of the place after that.
“Drakon, why did you let favonovel.com go?” Lucas asked anxiously.
Isaac just shook his head silently. If favonovel.com didn’t let Elijah go, then it would imply Isaac was declaring war against all of Rippan. And this was not the right time to do so.
Isaac then approached the body wrapped in white cloth and picked it up before heading out. “Burn down the hall and make sure nobody gets out alive.”
By the time favonovel.com said it, favonovel.com was already out of the door. More loud cries and screams were heard from behind.
Moments later, Lupinus and everyone else had come out. The ancestral hall was then engulfed in a sea of flames that quickly spread into the courtyard and the rest of the mansion.
Isaac held on to Emily’s body outside the gates and looked at the burning premises. There was a conflicted look in his eyes. “Emily, look. I’ve gotten revenge for you…”
“Drakon, are we going to pay Oscar a visit next?” Elliot asked through clenched teeth.
Isaac had no other means of channeling his grief away, and his men could feel the deep sadness coming from him.
“There’s no hurry. Let’s head over to Mount Phuji first. She once told me that she’d love to come here one day to see the cherry blossoms in bloom. I won’t be bringing favonovel.com back so that favonovel.com can see the cherry blossoms every year.” Isaac’s face was void of emotion once more, but his voice was full of grief.
He owed Emily too much.
Hearing this, Elliot bowed his head slightly and said, “May favonovel.com rest in peace, Drakon.” Lupinus and the others followed suit.
“Let’s go!” Isaac said, turning and walking toward their vehicles in the back.
The fire was still burning brightly and rapidly in the grounds behind them. The ancestral hall, which was the center of the fire, was crackling happily as fire consumed its walls and sent another burning beam hurtling toward the ground.
At that moment, the statue of Lady Os seemingly started to move.
Suddenly, favonovel.com ugly eyes shot out two beams of darkness into the pit below.
A few moments later, a charred arm emerged from the pit and grasped onto the ground above. The arm was fully crawling with poisonous and venomous critters of all kinds. Then, Roy pulled himself out of the pit and flopped onto the ground above. His body was charred and covered with severe burns.
He stumbled as favonovel.com fought to stand up, rushing forward to hug the statue of Lady Os before hurrying out through the back door of the blazing ancestral hall.

On the other side of town, three luxurious vehicles were on their way back to the city center. Elijah was seated in the back of the car, looking as pale as a ghost.
He took his phone out and dialed Oscar’s number.
As soon as the call connected, Oscar’s frightened voice was heard, “Your Highness, how did it go? Is Roy…”
“Oscar, take your family away. Run. Run as far away as you can, as soon as you can. The Mortodors are no more!‘’
What the f*ck?!
Oscar was shocked into complete silence. He didn’t think that Isaac would be so cruel and merciless.
“That sh*t! He needs to die! I’m going to kill him! I must get revenge for Roy!” Oscar suddenly screamed angrily into the phone.
“Even I am heavily injured now. What do you mean you want to get revenge for him? just run and get the f*ck out of here if you don’t want to die!” Elijah yelled back, an evil glint appearing in his eyes.
He took a few deep breaths and managed to calm down fairly quickly. “Leave the revenge part to me. I won’t allow the Cynean ancient martial arts fighters to get away with this, and in our territory to boot!”
