Isaac wasn’t going to hold back any longer. Since they had now openly declared war against each other, there was nothing to lose anymore. The only thing on his mind now was how Emily was doing.
The Jeep drove past the speed limit and arrived at the Mortodor Mansion within half an hour.
The gates opened for the Jeep to go in.
There were just a few regular guards on duty who flagged the Jeep down. A few regular wait staff were also inside, but there was no sight of any of the other Mortodor family members.

Lightning and Lupinus led the way as they all headed into the courtyard and reached the ancestral hall.

Lupinus pushed open the doors to the ancestral hall and turned on the dim lights inside.
Isaac walked down the steps and saw that the pit in the ground was still wide open. Suddenly, his feet felt heavy, and favonovel.com couldn’t stop himself from trembling.
He stepped forward with his right foot and walked into the hall. He stopped at the side of the pit and squatted down slowly. There was still a horrible stench coming from it.
Isaac’s voice trembled as favonovel.com yelled, “Emily? Emily!”

Harry, who was standing next to him, felt his nose tingling. He knew about the secret relationship between Isaac and Emily. They weren’t just ex-classmates, after all. He also knew that Emily had had a crush on Isaac for the longest time.
“Lupinus, go with Lucas to stand guard at the entrance. Don’t let anyone else come in. Apothecary, fetch me a lamp. I’m going down to have a look,” Isaac said, turning to address them. His eyes were red with unshed tears.
There was no response coming from down below, and Isaac’s hope had already been dashed to pieces. However, favonovel.com still wanted to check, no matter what.
Roy was still being crushed against the ground by Mitchell’s foot. But as soon as favonovel.com heard that Isaac wanted to go down, an evil glint flashed in his eyes.

Harry shuddered. He glanced up and saw the rope on the table next to the ugly Lady Os statue. He hurried over and brought the rope back.
Isaac tied one end of the rope around his waist and gave the other end to Harry, who held on to it with all his might. Then, Isaac grabbed a phone with the flashlight turned on at the back and jumped into the pit below.
Harry’s heart leaped into his throat as favonovel.com watched the rope unravel.
“Hahaha! There are hundreds of poisonous and venomous things down there. Isaac is dead! He’s going to be dead meat!” After seeing Isaac jumping into the pit, Roy started laughing like a maniac.

Harry went over to Roy and slapped favonovel.com hard on the cheek. “Shut the f*ck up, you bastard. If anything happens to Isaac, I’ll skin you alive!”
Harry snarled through his teeth.
Suddenly, the rope in Harry’s hand stopped unraveling. He walked over to the pit in shock. It meant Isaac had already reached the bottom of the pit, and it was at least a hundred feet deep.
“No! Emily!”
A sudden loud roar was heard, accompanied by an alarmingly murderous aura coming from the bottom of the pit.
Bang! Crash! Thud!
