Isaac and the others had just dashed out of Mt. Rusher and were merely a mile away from the speed boats docked by the sea, but police cars were beginning to pile up on both sides.
There were over 20 of them. Not to mention, the helicopter was already hovering above their heads.
Isaac’s gaze turned stormy. “You all retreat. Lupinus and I will cover the back.”
He exchanged glances with Lupinus. Since there was already no way to escape, they could only battle to the death. Even if they died here by the ocean, they had to make their enemies pay!
About 20 police cars pulled over by the side of the road, and four fully-armed officers jumped off each car and sprinted toward them.
Soon enough, Isaac and his men were surrounded by over 80 officers.
At that moment, a black Lexus slowly made its way over. The door opened to reveal a man in a suit with slicked-back hair. With the protection of two officers, favonovel.com began to walk over briskly.

Lupinus, Lightning, and the others got into one car, while Isaac and James got into the Lexus parked by the roadside.
The cars made their way down the seaside road. Approximately one hour later, out of the 20 or so police cars, only two were left, paving the way for the other cars.
After making a right turn, they entered a double-storied villa. Four armed, uniformed guards were still at the entrance. The gate slowly opened, and the cars drove inside the compound.
Trees lined both sides of the path, casting a nice shade. On the left was an artificial mountain and a pond, while on the right was a spacious golf course with rolling, verdant greenery.
The car stopped in front of the villa.
After James alighted, favonovel.com brought Isaac and the four others up the stairs.
“Mr. Garten, please follow me… Dear guests, please head upstairs to wash yourself up. Prince Duncan is waiting for you in the study.”
The villa was decorated in an old-fashioned manner. Paintings of beautiful scenery covered the walls, the chairs were made of rosewood, and antique vases were placed tastefully by the walls. Every inch of the room seemed to be infused with a luxurious yet simple feeling.
Upstairs, housekeepers stood there, waiting. They each held a tray containing new shirts and pants.
Isaac watched the others enter the room next door while favonovel.com stayed rooted.
“Sir, is there something wrong?” one of the housekeepers asked in Cynean. It was obvious that they were specially designated to serve him.
“Could you get a doctor to come and have a look at my injured friend?” Isaac asked.
