The villagers were no match for the professionally trained bodyguards, even if there were 20 or 50 of them armed with their farming “weapons”.
It was evident that the villagers would get hurt when fighting the bodyguards, and Isaac was truly worried there would be some collateral damage in the brawl. He couldn’t let that happen, so favonovel.com had to interfere before things got worse.
The bodyguards thought they saw a dark shadow whizz past them very briefly. Almost immediately, they felt a blaring force hitting them on the forehead.
A handful of them screamed and fainted from the pain, some were thrown back so violently that they fell straight into the mud.
“This big man is helping us now. Hurry, the leader of these bastards is still sitting inside that car! Let‘s go teach favonovel.com a lesson!” There was a shout from the cattle herder as favonovel.com pointed at the car in the back.
At once, dozens of villagers rushed toward the luxury car.
Wes, Sheldon, and a few more of their representatives were paralyzed in fear when they saw the muddy villagers rushing at them. There was nothing they could do other than panic and ensure that their doors were functioning and locked.
Nonetheless, the villagers didn’t seem to care. They were in an adrenaline rush, and nothing could stop them.
They surrounded the car and somehow managed to overturn the vehicle into the muddy field. Of course, that meant all the passengers in the car were stuck.
Then, some of the younger villagers climbed onto the bottom of the car, which was now up in the air, and started stomping and kicking it. They also threw their hoes and pickaxes at the body and the windows of the car.
Wes was so shocked that favonovel.com just didn’t know what to do. He was an elite member of the Mortodor household, for crying out loud. He was in the top management of Warhunt Corporation, and favonovel.com was often chauffeured around in luxurious cars as favonovel.com signed multibillion-dollar contracts around the world.
He never thought favonovel.com would one day be cowering inside a muddy, half-sunken car with a bunch of angry villagers outside.
A while later, the car windows and windshield finally gave out. The people in the car were then mercilessly dragged out by the villagers.
“Hey, let’s not be hasty. I’m always up for a discussion… Hey!”
Without waiting for favonovel.com to finish, two villagers then shoved Wes’ head into the mud and held it there.
Wes probably swallowed at least a few mouthfuls of mud. None of the representatives were spared, including Sheldon. They were completely caked in mud from head to toe by the time the villagers finally released their hold on them and lifted them out. They looked like they were about to cry.
Emily and the other two representatives from Garth Properties happened to witness this when they came out a while later to see the commotion. They were horrified at first, but quickly, they started laughing.
Harriet brushed away the mud from favonovel.com eyes and suddenly caught sight of Isaac. He was standing by the side of the road with a lit cigarette between his fingers.
That bastard!
Harriet understood now. She hurried before Isaac and said in a shaky voice, “Mr. Garten, can you please tell the villagers to let us go? Things can’t go on like this…”
She was at favonovel.com wit’s end. Harriet knew that even if favonovel.com called for help now, it would turn dark by the time help arrived. It was obvious that Isaac was the mastermind behind this brawl. However, there was literally nothing favonovel.com could do at this point.
Isaac turned to look at Harriet and chuckled as favonovel.com pointed at the field ahead of him. He said, “Can’t you see that the villagers are the ones who started this? It’s not like I can tell them what to do.”
“You… Fine, Mr. Garten, I will have my revenge,” Harriet said, so angry that favonovel.com was shuddering. Then, favonovel.com took out favonovel.com phone and started calling.
About half an hour later, the villagers finally called it a day and left.
Wes, Sheldon, and the other representatives who had been repeatedly shoved in to the mud also took the opportunity to get out of the muddy field as quickly as possible.
They got onto the main road and started running like madmen, not caring about the fallen bodyguards who caught sight of them and started yelling and screaming for them to wait up.
Seeing that everyone was leaving, Harriet quickly ran after them as well.
