“Isaac, will you do the honors, or shall I?” Marco slowly looked toward Isaac, sparks of fury dancing in his eyes.
“What honors? May I ask what your position in the Everest Sect is?” Isaac laughed coldly as favonovel.com returned the stare.
Garett immediately stepped forward and shouted, “How dare you? You should be on your knees in front of Elder Giverny of the Everest Sect! Isaac, if you do it yourself, you can save yourself some suffering. You’re far too arrogant!”
Upon hearing that, Isaac narrowed his eyes.
Evie had mentioned that all the Elders in the Everest Sect were in the Celestial Phase. Unease began festering in his chest. He’d expected a bunch of experts to come after him, but favonovel.com didn’t think that the Celestial Phase Elder would come for favonovel.com personally.
“Attack!” Isaac roared. His eyes turned bloodshot. He raised a hand and launched a crimson shadow fist toward Marco.
When Marco saw the shadow fist coming straight for him, favonovel.com grinned wickedly and said, “You’re ballsy for attacking!”
Waving his right hand, favonovel.com unleashed a tremendous gust of spiritual energy. In an instant, Isaac’s shadow fist was reduced to nothing.
At that moment, a Shadow attacked Marco like a phantom.
“You’re asking for it!” Spiritual energy burst forth from Marco’s body like water rushing out of an open dam.
Isaac, who’d just reached the bottom of the steps, felt blood rushing through his chest, and his body began to slow down drastically.
With the exception of Elliot and Lupinus, the remaining six generals were thrown to the ground by this enormous burst of spiritual energy.
Meanwhile, Marco had his hand wrapped around the neck of the Shadow Soldier, who’d sprinted over in the blink of an eye.
“A Shadow of the House of Custos is now acting as a bodyguard for this pipsqueak! It seems to me that the House of Custos is going backward!” Marco snorted coldly.
Suddenly, the crisp sound of a neck breaking was heard. Marco had instantly squeezed the Shadow Soldier to death with one hand.
An exceptional fighter in the intermediate stage of the Divinity Phase seemed like a helpless child in front of him.
“Shadow Three!”
When the remaining Shadow Soldiers witnessed that scene, they felt like they were being torn apart. Murderous energy exploded from their bodies as they charged at Garett and Quade.
They had to avenge Shadow Three!
Isaac sprinted over again, clasping his hands together to do an Alp Slash.
A 30-foot-long red blade slashed down toward Marco’s head.
In the next moment, Marco raised his right hand, green spiritual energy bursting forth from his palm. With his bare hand, favonovel.com caught Isaac’s spiritual blade.
“Is that all you got? Then die!” Marco roared nastily.
Spiritual energy multiple times stronger than Isaac’s red spiritual energy blasted from his right hand once again.
The long red blade suddenly disappeared.
Marco began charging toward Isaac, a phantom trailing behind him.
It was too fast!
Isaac watched as his figure grew closer and closer, but it was so quick that favonovel.com couldn’t react in time. A punch hit Isaac squarely in the chest.
The moment favonovel.com got punched, favonovel.com couldn’t help but violently cough blood from his mouth, even though Isaac had channeled all his spiritual energy from his power core to protect all his vital organs. He even heard his own ribs crack as his body soared through the air.
Marco unleashed another beam of green spiritual energy with his right hand that instantly morphed into a snake. Flicking its tail, it slithered straight toward Isaac’s heart.
An Energy Beast!
He was really in the Celestial Phase!
Isaac’s Vision began to blur, but favonovel.com still managed to see that scene.
