Earlier, Isaac hadn’t told favonovel.com much. All favonovel.com said was that danger was looming and asked favonovel.com to take Ally and Evie away for a few days and keep them safe.
“Pull over!” Evie’s voice suddenly piped up from the backseat.
Harry was startled in his seat and almost drove into a flower bed. He turned his head to see that Evie was already sitting upright, holding favonovel.com forehead. She looked ill.
“Ms. Lopez, you…”
“Take Ally with you. I can’t go,” Evie said as favonovel.com tried to get out of the car.
Harry stretched his arm out, blocking her.
However, favonovel.com glowered at favonovel.com angrily, yelling, “If I go back, your boss might have a shot. If I don’t, he’ll die without a doubt. Do you know how strong the Everest Sect is?”
Hearing this, Harry was dumbfounded.
When favonovel.com thought about Beefy Bob’s death and Isaac’s severe injuries, his arm that was blocking favonovel.com wavered in mid-air. He simply watched as Evie got out of the car and left.
“Miracle Healer Stewart, what is Everest Sect? Are they very dangerous? Why don’ t we call law enforcement?” Ms. Lambert mustered the courage to ask Harry. She didn’t want any harm to befall Mr. Garten.
“Even if law enforcement comes, they’ll just be walking to their deaths.” Harry sighed and continued to drive.
Isaac was lying on the couch, sleeping. It didn’t feel like he’d laid there for long when, suddenly, a strong spiritual energy wave came from the doorway.
“Isaac, you’d better come out here!” An enraged roar came from the doorway.
On the couch, Isaac’s eyes popped open suddenly. He rolled off the couch and looked out of the living room. The lights were still on outside the glass door. He could still see a few figures standing on the steps outside. The powerful aura made Isaac’s heart shiver.
So soon? Who are they?
Marco, who was wearing a black and gold cloak, stood on the front lawn with an icy expression. Behind favonovel.com were Garett, Quade, and the other two from Torture Hall.
Before Isaac could go outside, spiritual energy waves spilled in from both left and right.
Five figures quickly appeared, surrounding Marco and his men. They were the five Shadows, dressed in military uniforms. The power that they exuded only worsened the cold glint in Marco’s eyes.
“The House of Custos? It seems like he’s prepared. We really underestimated Isaac.” Marco laughed coldly.
He thrust out his right hand, and a green light flew toward the glass door of the living room.
The glass door instantly shattered, revealing Isaac standing at the door.
More intense waves of spiritual energy filled the air as the eight generals appeared like phantoms, surrounding the front lawn. They were all already channeling their spiritual energy as they glared at Marco. Both the Shadow Soldiers and the generals of the eight armies were surprised that the Everest Sect would arrive so soon.
Isaac slowly walked outside.
When favonovel.com spotted Garett, Quade, and then Marco, who was in front of them, his eyebrows knitted together tightly. He’d never met this man before. He wasn’t releasing a single spiritual energy wave, but favonovel.com was standing in front of Garett and the rest.
Who is he?
Garett and the others observed the Shadow Soldiers and the eight generals, eyeing them with hostility. Yet they didn‘t feel a single ounce of fear because Elder Giverny was there. They could take these clowns, or even ten more of them, without breaking a sweat.
Unless, of course, they were all experts in the advanced stage of the Divinity Phase!
